Each apartment is 70m2 and equipped with 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, living room, equipped kitchen, centrally heated with underfloor heating, AC, wi-fi, heated outdoor swimming pool (seasonal) and grill. The rooftop top on two building has sitting area and jacuzzi available for all the guests ( seasonal). The property is located in a prestigious location only 400 m away from the sea and the beach. There is also a grocery store nearby ( 50m)

Studio apartment for 2 persons is located in our family house, in the ground floor. It has one large bed, small kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace in front of the apartment. The beach is just in front of the house. Bakery and stand with fruits and vegetables are 200m from the apartment. The house is located 15 minutes light walk to the town center. The price includes private parking, air-conditioning, unlimited WiFi, SAT/TV, cleaning fees and local tourist tax.
