We'll be delighted to welcome you to our cottage. You benefit from 2 terraces, one of which is in the shade of the walnut tree. Private garden where your first neighbors will be our sheep. Many natural sites to visit (Ray Pic waterfall, Monts Gerbier de Jonc, lakes...), villages of character, hikes, canoeing, via ferrata...

Dans ce logement romantique vous profiterez du calme, du jacuzzi privatif, d’une salle de jeu avec billard et babyfoot et de l'extérieur pour vous ressourcer. Located in the countryside facing the plateau of Coiron, the cottage "Le gîte des vignes" welcomes you in great calm. Attached to the owner’s house but independent, you will have access to the swimming pool in season. Ideally located close to the cities of Privas and Montélimar, you are less than an hour from the gorges of the Ardèche, and the Vercors. At 1h30 from the sea, or the mountain, all activities are near by car. Access by train via the TGV station of Valence or Montélimar.

In the upper Livron, with cobblestone, narrow and steep streets, close to hiking trails and an associative grocery store with local products. We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.
