Complete with outdoor eco swimming pool (can be heated with an additional fee), fire pit, outdoor heated spa whirlpool, playground, ping pong & a spacious outdoor area overlooking the Sea, summer days can be well spent at this unique holiday home. The unique holiday home can welcome up to 12 guests for a multigenerational holiday break.

Kandy residence Kalithea Rethymno (free parking)

The apartment was renovated in 2022 by the owners Manolis and Vicky with great taste and is located in the city of Rethymno, in the area of Kallithea. The name of the area means "good view" or "beautiful view," referring to the view that the apartment offers. It is just a 10-minute walk from the beach of Rethymno specifically 850 meters away. The distance from the old town of Rethymno is approximately 2 kilometers, where you can see the well-preserved city, shops, restaurants, and attractions.
