Great space! Larger than I thought and the hosts are super chill.

Really enjoyed staying at James’s place. Very clean, comfortable and spacious.

This place was great! The location makes it easy to get to many places in Richmond quickly and it was a perfect location for a family wedding in nearby Maymont. The house is beautiful and the furnishings very comfortable. The pool was a special bonus - lovely and relaxing with incredible plantings. Clearly a lot of time was spent considering what guests might want. I just wish we'd had more time to enjoy it.

Kay was in touch regularly, available if needed and provided a lovely place for us to enjoy.

House and ground were beautiful! The vast estate was very well manicured and well kept. It was a unique house being 160 years old and having the kitchen in a separate house but did enjoy the time era furniture. House had been updated and was done well. Fireplaces in all rooms was awesome even though we only used the one in the kitchen as the pilot light wasn’t lit in the others. House had all of the items needed for a vacation and we would go back in the future if we are in the area.

We enjoyed the house and location for a Girls’ Weekend! Great getaway to check out a local winery and float on the river!

CJ 's place is surrounded with beautiful trees. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoyed the peaceful setting. The house was clean. CJ was very responsive with any questions we had. We would rent the house again.

Alexander was a wonderful host. Very responsive and helpful. Check in was a breeze. This was located in a prime location. Tons to do within walking distance. Many excellent restaurants in the area. I highly recommend El Pope, Beauvine, Abi’s Books & Brews, and Little Mexico! The home was beautiful!!! Absolutely stunning in person. Very clean. Great amenities! It is a hidden gem! There’s tons to do if you want to drive as well. Very cute area. Well worth it!! Thank you!!

Nadine was a wonderful host - easy to communicate with, proactive, and responsive. The apt was spotless, and every furnishing and decoration was first class. Lots of little amenities (welcome basket with snacks and waters, drinks in the fridge, bedside chocolates, a few toiletries. etc) were a nice touch. The queen bed was perfect for us - quality mattress w/topper (my wife kept talking about how well she slept). Very quiet neighborhood, yet close to all the activities we planned. Private back patio was a fantastically landscaped oasis for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Plenty of easy street parking. Couldn't have asked for a better lodging.

This home is located on a quiet, picturesque street within walking distance of many restaurants, parks, and attractions. Beautiful garden in the front. Sophisticated contemporary decor that is comfortable and functional. The owners clearly pay a lot of attention to detail and think of all the little things that travelers need. It was immaculate, bed was comfy, the towels were all soft, and there were supplies for a tea drinker like me. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would return.

The apartment was clean and matched the description. Matt was responsive and sent clear instructions for accessing the unit. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Eddie's place! Very close to restaurants, Colonial Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens. The unit we stayed in was spotless and had all of the amenities that we needed during our stay. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay here! The location could not be better. We came for a weekend getaway and the location was so walkable that we parked our car on arrival on Friday and didn’t touch it again until leaving on Sunday. The unit itself is exactly as advertised - it’s the bottom unit so doesn’t get a crazy amount of sunlight but it was plenty for us and we spent most of our time out and about anyway. We’d 100% stay here again and will be recommending to our friends.

The apartment is so fun and exciting. The location is great and super easy to find. There’s plenty of street parking and walkable to a ton of restaurants and shops. Jasmyra was very responsive to questions I had prior and quickly after arrival. I would absolutely come back for another stay.

We absolutely loved staying at Ethan's place. It is very unique. Historical yet modern amenities and super clean. We have grown to despise hotels because of the cigarette, mildew and other odd smells associated with them. We love dogs and have dogs, yet appreciated being in a place that does not allow them so the apartment was free of dog hair and smelled so good. Ethan has two lovely small dogs, which you would not know unless you are lucky and get to meet them while they are having an outing. We appreciated the local restaurant recommendations. we especially loved Buttermilk Bake Shop. They have some of the best pastries we have ever had. We would absolutely try to stay here again if we were in the area.

Great stay Definitely will rent again

We had a wonderful stay celebrating family birthdays! The house was spacious and had plenty of bathrooms. It was decorated beautifully for the holidays. We especially enjoyed the porches overlooking the spectacular views!

We were a group of three couples who wanted our own bedroom and private bathroom to retreat to after enjoying busy days and evenings around Colonial Williamsburg. We really enjoyed the location of Kingsmill and all of the spacious condo amenities!

Great stay! Spacious, clean, functional. Kids loved the pool and bowling.

It was a quiet and lovely space with a ton of amenities (pool, mini golf) and close to downtown Williamsburg and local and state parks. The kitchen was great! Some of the other appliances inside were less quiet (vacuum, washing machine, dryer), but it was nice to have the appliances!

Igor was wonderful to work with. He answers quickly, he’s friendly and he takes care of the details. The Greensprings Villas we stayed in were clean and updated. All the amenities were open and we enjoyed all the pools, mini-golf and the play areas. It was perfect for big family. Be advised though that there are no elevators. It didn’t bother us but just be mindful of your guests.
