Paradise City

It’s an extremely bright and specious 4 star apartment. Everything is only few minutes away: beaches, centre, sport centre, ambulance, post office, bank, bars, restaurants etc. You can enjoy on our big terrace and balcony with a great view on the sea and old town or just cool yourselves, inside the apartment, using air conditions. Although, we do have WiFi, TV and satellite, don’t use it a lot, you can do that at home, rather spend time grilling some fishes on our, outside, barbecue.

Enjoy our house in an unique, exclusive location with a beautiful terrace facing the sea under pine shade and surrounded by Mediterranean vegetatio. Jump in the sea in front of the house or relax on our sun terrace on the beach. It is located 1,5 km of pleasant walk along the coast to Primosten center. It has 40 m2 with one bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchen, dining area and a beautiful terrace.

Enjoy romantic retreat or home away from home. We hope you’ll have a unique experience at this central studio apartment with a beautiful sea view. Property is surrounded with lots of great restaurant, cafes, shops and close to all the attractions, but still quiet and peaceful. Nice flat only 10 minutes walk from local Sibenik beach Banj or 100 m to the boat that can take you a cross to Jadrija. Ferry for Islands Prvic, Zlarin, Žirje is also just 5 minutes walk away.

The apartment is completely redone Everything is new. New floors, doors, windows, beds, kitchen, wc ... My place is 20m away from the city center, park and the beach (1 minute walk ). You’ll love my place because of comfy new beds, new kitchen and big balcony with place for sitting and beautiful view. All you need is in the neighbourhood of the apartment, the grocery store is just across the street. Be our first guests. :)

Only 12m2 large studio inside a miniature house in our backyard. Studio is equipped with air conditioner, WiFi & Apple TV. Infront of the studio you have a private pavilion where you can enjoy your morning coffee or maybe an evening glass of wine. ;)
