Villa holiday rentals in Primošten

Marijana was an amazing host, she responded to every query so quickly. She was so helpful recommending places for us to go, taxi companies, supermarkets, just everything. The villa was incredible, very clean, & comfortable. Lots of appliances, fridge space, boards for dining. She has just thought of it all. We came as a group of 8 girls & villa is more than great value for money! We will definitely be returning! Thank you ☺️

Liebe Tea und Lieber Ante, Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Urlaub, den wir bei euch verbringen durften. Es war ein wunderschönes Haus mit direktem Zugang zum Wasser. Wenn wir Fragen oder Ähnliches hatten, wart ihr immer direkt zur Stelle. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei euch gefühlt und ein Highlight war natürlich die große Terrasse mit den verschiedensten Bereichen zum Entspannen. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen! Wij hebben een super week gehad in het heerlijke huis in Klis. De hosts waren supervriendelijk en gastvrij. Dit huis is echt een aarader met de heerlijke tuin rondom en het mooie uitzicht op Split. Alle comfort in het huis. En het warme welkom is iets dat wij niet snel zullen vergeten. Net als de verrassing op een ochtend: er stond een heerlijk taartje op ons te wachten op de terras tafel! Echt alles was in een woord FANTASTISCH! Dank nogmaals aan de hosts en wij komen zeker terug!

Es war wirklich toll bei Josipa und Mirko Mirko. Die beiden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, sehr sauber und es war wirklich alles und noch viele Extras mehr da, als man gebraucht hat. Die Gegend ist schön und sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind viele vorhanden. Absolut toll und nicht touristisch. Die Einheimischen sind nett und hilfsbereit. Ein toller Urlaub Vielen Dank Josipa und Mirko 🥰

In den beiden Apartments hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt im unteren Apartment sogar einen Kaffeevollautomat. Die Einrichtung entsprach exakt den Abbildungen. Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit! Gerne wieder.

Villa was as New and is very spacious and in Spotless Condition. Has all modern Amenities and Great Wifi Connection. Nino is an Extremely Excellent Host and couldnt do enough for us. The only downfall is the Villa location as the roads are Narrow and very steep and the location is more suited to Adults or Teenage kids as its location isnt Very Buggy Friendly unless you hire a Car or just solely rely on Taxis.

The Magical island villa was truly that - magical! Peaceful and private and easy to get to the nearest towns, especially with the bikes Grgo kindly left us. The pool was heated perfectly and the terrace was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view.

Perfekt skjermet hus. Alt man trenger til en avslappende ferie. God plass til mange gjester og alle fasiliteter man trenger.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Mitten in der Stadt und doch ruhig. Man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen. Niemand kann auf das Grundstück sehen. Der Pool ist herrlich! Die oberen Schlafzimmer sind wunderschön und gross. Nur ein Schlafzimmer hat ein en-suit Badezimmer. Check-in und -out war sehr einfach. Die Küche ist etwas düster und ich möchte nicht täglich da kochen. Aber mit den vielen Restaurants nicht nötig. Alle Fenster haben Mückengitter, was toll ist! Das Schlafzimmer im Keller ist sehr düster und wir haben es daher nicht genutzt. Einige Sachen müssten repariert werden, Deckenleuchten gehen nicht, WC-Spülung defekt. Was wichtig ist zu wissen, es hat viele Stufen zum Haus, wo das Gepäck hochgetragen werden muss. Das Haus ist eine klare Empfehlung und wir würden es wieder buchen!

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt in der Villa. Man muss sich bewusst sein das fussläufig nichts zu erreichen ist. Dank Uber und lieferservice hat aber alles bestens geklappt. Die Villa, der Garten, Pool sind in einem top Zustand. Wir durften uns sogar an dem kleinen Gemüsegarten direkt am Haus bedienen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Couldn’t have been happier. Villa was amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Was perfect for 9 of us. Everything was spotless, so well kept and felt extremely modern. Petra was super helpful in arranging arrivals at the villa, and assisting us with places to eat in Split. The cab driver who works with the Villa was also brilliant. Journeys into Split weren’t too bad, but definitely use the taxi driver that Petra recommends! Others will charge through the roof… On days we stayed locally, there are some amazing restaurants down on the waterfront of Kaštel Novi which were half the price of a dinner/drinks in Split - super happy with the location, and choice of villa! Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. We had an amazing stay in Croatia, and the Villa was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Split!

I have celebrated my birthday at the villa and our experience exceeded any expectations. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, private, spotless clean, with short walking distance to the sea and local restaurants. It’s only a short drive to Split or Trogir. But what made our stay unforgettable is the host! Edita made us feel home, helped with any questions and recommendations, anything we needed was given to us instantly. She greeted us with a delicious birthday cake, cookies and juice, which was a wow moment. She is so accommodating, attentive and caring that I can’t imagine a better host. I would totally recommend her and her villa to everyone as experience with Edita is worth every cent you’ve spent. And we will be happy to come back again!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Family. For our group it was very nice to have a separate living space so we could also have some time to ourselves. Some of our group loved to be able to walk down to the grocery store and beach each day, but it was also nice to be able to spend time at the property. The view was unbeatable. Megy was very helpful in helping us arrange taxis. My favourite was the large outdoor table on the terrace so we could all dine together!

The villa is a wonderful retreat to escape daily business. The breathtaking view and the pool are the heart of the modern and clean house. Bernard is friendly, nice, and very helpful in case of special requests. Thanks a lot. The beds are comfy, a/c in every room helps to cool down. The villa is pretty close to the airport, nonetheless, in the house, you almost don’t hear any plane. Additionally, this place is the perfect home base to start exploring the area. Split and Trogir are close by and you can rent boats and have them come to the local harbour for a pick-up. (Kastela Boat Tours, ask for Gordan, ;-). Bernard, thank you for being such an excellent host. We enjoyed our time.

The owner was very kind and helpful, and communication with her was very fluent. We got a lot of good information from her regarding restaurants and activities. She made a big effort helping us prepare our daughter's 9 year birthday party which we are truly grateful. We arrived at Split airport early morning and we agreed with owner that we can drop our luggage to apartment before check-in. The apartment was exactly like in the photos and matched the description. The apartment and the yard was very clean. The pool was warm and there were some toys available. There were fruits, drinks and other groceries ready for us at the apartment when we arrived. Neighborhood was peaceful. Nice beaches and some restaurants within walking distance and more available with bicycle. Also nearest grocery store and bakery were conveniently close by.

The villa was better than the pictures, the views of the sea and mountains were stunning. Kristian was a great host and the check in process was great. He also greeted us with some wine and deserts which was a lovely gesture! It’s a brilliant location with both Split and Trogir a 15 minute drive away and the bars and restaurants of Kaštel Gomilica are a 10 minute walk. I would definitely return if I was visiting the Kaštel area!

5*-Urlaub! Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub als Männergruppe. Matthias ist ein super Gastgeber, Skipper und kulinarischer Berater! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für jedes unser Anliegen war Matthias bereit zu helfen. Matthias vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen wieder !!

We had an amazing stay at this villa. Looks just like the photos. Ivan is so welcoming he was there to greet us when we arrived. He was extremely responsive and helpful and even called to check in on us to make sure we got out ok. Would absolutely recommend this place!

We had an incredible stay at this villa as a group of 6 friends and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tracey was an amazing host, greeting us personally at check in and check out, which made it feel warm and personal. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and everything ran smoothly. The swimming pool, BBQ area, and pool table were perfect for relaxing and having fun. The space was super generous, with room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to it each day felt like a dream. A standout moment was the surprise dinner by a local chef and a lovely bottle of house wine, such a thoughtful touch. Tracey was also very responsive throughout our stay. It was a truly unforgettable getaway, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable escape. We’re already planning to return!

Wir waren mit der Familie bei Tomo zu Gast und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Tomo hat uns als sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber mit einem kleinen Essen willkommen geheißen. Danach hat er sich Zeit genommen, uns die komplette Anlage zu zeigen. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Ort (Auto für Anreise nötig) ganz oben am Hang ohne direkte Nachbarn. Bis zum Meer sind es bergab nur wenige hundert Meter. Außer einer kleinen Bude am Strand gibt es in dem Ort keine Restaurants, die nächsten sind sowie auch die Supermärkte etwa 10 Min mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus selbst verfügt über drei vollausgestattete Küchen, moderne Bäder und 5 Schlafzimmer. Der Pool ist chlorfrei, was wir mit kleinen Kindern extrem angenehm empfanden.Neben mehreren Balkonen mit einem sensationellen Blick in die Bucht, gibt es eine schöne Sitzgruppe mit Grill im EG.Tomo war während des kompletten Aufenthaltes für uns erreichbar und hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Ich kann das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft von Ilija war genau das was meine Freunde und ich gesucht hatten. Es war perfekt ausgestattet für einen erholsamen Urlaub für uns nach unseren Abschlussprüfungen! Wir wurden von den Gastgebern schnell und freundlich bei unserer Ankunft in die Villa eingewiesen und bekamen auch ein kleines Wilkommensgeschenk :D Bei fragen waren sie direkt erreichbar und auch konnten sie schnell zur Hand gehen wenn es ein kleines Problem gab oder ein bestimmter Wunsch von uns kam :) Insgesamt hatten meine Freunde und ich einen sehr guten Aufenthalt dort und würden die Villa jedem weiterempfehlen!

Peaceful beachfront location with no neighbours and a great outdoor kitchen. A perfect place for a relaxing stay, would love to come again!

Beautiful villa tucked away in a peaceful village overlooking the sea with stunning views. A great place to unwind and relax. The villa is spacious, beautifully decorated and has everything you need, airconditioning in all the rooms, three good size bedrooms all with their own bathroom, access to Netflix, own driveway and garage, very large swimming pool and flyscreens on all the windows and doors. We felt right at home and didn't want to leave. The nearest supermarket is only a 10 minute drive (so you need a car) and its close to all the local attractions and 30 minutes from Split Airport. Would recommend visiting Primosten which is beautiful with a stunning beach and plenty of bars and restaurants, but not too crowded. The hosts were amazing and gave us loads of recommendations for places to visit and eat out. Would definitely come back!
