Holiday rentals with beach access in Primošten Burnji

Lägenheten var liten men det fanns allt vi behövde. Utsikten från den delade terrassen var underbar!

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful location. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Nick is so friendly and helpful including a lift to the supermarket on arrival. A good sized clean pool with comfortable sun loungers set in landscaped gardens which are loving tended. All the beds and chairs are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views are stunning - breakfast on the balcony watching dolphins out at sea. A top class apartment that we hope to revisit - thank you Nick and family for making us feel so welcome in your home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, a short walk or €5 uber to old town. The apartment was so clean and well facilitated, and the beautiful view from the terrace was a highlight. Davorka was so friendly and helpful, and responded quickly to any of our questions. She had kindly welcomed us with some essentials like milk, coffee etc and we were really grateful for this! Overall a great place to stay and we would recommend to anyone visiting Split.

Imali smo prelijepe dane u Zaplaće! Apartman je jako lijep, velik i balkon s pogledom na more je bio predivan. Vice i njegova obitelj su bili otvoreni i osjecali smo se kao kod kuce. Doci cemo sigurno opet!

Ubytovanie bolo nadherne, nove, ciste. Zariadenie v kuchyni a kupelni takisto nove, vsetko co sme potrebovali bolo k dispozicii, nic nechybalo. Terasa priestranna, vyhlad krasny, idealne na vecerne posedenie. Na TV bol dostupny netflix, youtube,.. Pristup na plaz 3 min. More bolo dokonalo ciste, restauracii dostatok a celkovo to posobilo tak domacky. Ziadne preplnene plaze. Vacsie mesta ako Sibenik alebo Primosten boli na skok, takze poloha super. Vysoko odporucam toto ubytovanie a radi sa tam opat vratime. Dakujeme za prijemny pobyt!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Josip and his family were amazing host. Not only did he pick us up from the airport, he and his wife made breakfast every morning and drove us to the store to get provisions as well as drive us to the marina for the second leg of our trip. They were extremely nice people who you would never know were there unless you needed ANYTHING! I would recommend Their home to anyone looking to stay in the area. Not to mention the pool was amazing and you are steps from the Sea. It was perfect! Thanks you for the wonderful vacation!

A vast balcony, with great shade, and furniture. Gorgeous vista, and a pleasant breeze. Private rocky beach right in front, with dedicated sunbeds and superb canopy made of natural materials. Not too many people. A relaxed private beach bar. Huge private pool. All this combined made our stay one of the best we had amongst the many stays we had all over the Croatian coast. Absolutely recommend.

I visited the Rogoznica for the first time and was extremely pleased. My stay at 4 Seasons Rogoznica was great. The accommodation is ideally located and has a wonderful view of the coast from the window. It was nice that the owners provided sun loungers and umbrellas for the beach for general use. Ismeta was also very welcoming and gave good recommendations on what to visit in the town. If I return to Rogoznica, I will definitely stay only at 4 Seasons.

We hebben ons heel fijn vermaakt in het appartement van Petra. Super schoon, opgeruimd en sfeervol. Ook het eigen terras met de BBQ is perfect. Je hebt een mooi uitzicht op de omgeving. Op 4 min lopen zit een kleine supermarkt met voldoende keuzes. Wel zou het handig zijn als er een naambord op het huis zit. Dan kun je het gemakkelijker vinden. We kregen bij ontvangst een heerlijk fles zelf gemaakte wij en verse druiven uit de tuin. Kortom: genieten!

Mieliśmy niesamowitą przyjemność spędzić nasze wakacje w wyjątkowym domku w Primošten, który przerósł nasze oczekiwania! To miejsce jest prawdziwą perełką, dalekie od komercyjnych standardów – autentyczne, z duszą, pełne klimatycznych elementów, które tworzą niesamowity, przytulny nastrój. Wnętrze domu ozdobione jest prawdziwymi obrazami, co dodaje wyjątkowego charakteru. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Największą zaletą tego miejsca jest jednak taras – spędziliśmy na nim praktycznie całe wakacje, podziwiając widoki i ciesząc się ciszą oraz spokojem. To idealne miejsce na relaks i odpoczynek. Kontakt z gospodarzem był świetny – od samego początku był pomocny, serdeczny i bardzo zaangażowany. Czuliśmy, że naprawdę mu zależy, aby nasze wakacje były udane. Bez wahania polecimy ten domek naszym znajomym i rodzinie – to miejsce, do którego z pewnością jeszcze wrócimy!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Es war wirklich an alles gedacht – von Spülmittel bis zu Tabs für die Waschmaschine war alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und auch unser Hund war sichtlich entspannt – das Grundstück war wie beschrieben vollständig umzäunt, was uns ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Der Ausblick war einfach traumhaft! Die Anfahrt ist etwas herausfordernd, da die Straßen momentan nicht vollständig ausgebaut sind, aber das ist gut machbar, wenn man sich einmal orientiert hat. Außerdem liegt das an laufenden Straßenbauarbeiten, also könnte das beim nächsten Besuch schon ganz anders aussehen – dafür können die Gastgeber natürlich nichts. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum 🤩 Für zwei Pärchen das perfekte Haus. Super Meerblick, kurzer Weg zum Meer (ca. 70 Meter) sowie zwei Badebuchten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. 10 min Fussweg zur Stadt erreichbar. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die aussergewöhnliche Architektur des Hauses. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir danken Dino für zwei unvergessliche Wochen.

Wij zijn samen met onze twee dochters 15 dagen in het appartement van Josip verbleven en hebben een ontzettend leuke tijd gehad. Het huis is fantastisch, erg ruim, erg compleet en een ruim balkon met een uitzicht dat nooit verveeld. Josip is een geweldige gastheer, staat altijd klaar om vragen te beantwoorden en tips te geven. We hebben een gezellige avond gehad toen hij voor ons een maaltijd heeft bereid en ons zijn wijnkelder heeft laten zien en we hebben mogen proeven van zijn lekkere wijn en likeur. Het huis ligt op loopafstand van een supermarkt en een gezellige boulevard met leuke restaurantjes. De zee ligt voor de deur, kortom de perfecte locatie! Wij hebben genoten en hopen hier nog eens terug te komen!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Sevid. Going in mid May was perfect for us. The town was very quiet which made it, for us, even more beautiful. Sevid was close enough to towns that had restaurants and grocery stores open so we could eat out or in if we wanted to The house itself suited us well. The kitchen was perfect for the times we wanted to eat in. The pool was heated so we were able to use it every day. It was just a great place Sandro was not available during our stay so we spoke often with his sister, Sinaja. She was a joy to work with. Her love of the house and Sevid and indeed for Croatia came through over and over. She and her partner, Ivan, were a treasure trove of info about the area. We felt like we had our own personal tour guide of Croatia. A great place to stay and great people to work with

Balkon Aussicht wunderbar nur das Haus davor ist keine Augenweide .Wasser sollte ausreichend mitgebracht werden da das Wasser vor Ort nicht trinkbar ist .Der Parkplatz vorm Haus ist eine kleine Herausforderung. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und das Haus ist 2 min zu Fuß vom Meer entfernt absolut ideal. Der Ort bittet einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein offene Strandbistro … für alles weitere ist ein Auto notwendig . Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und der Anton war zu jederzeit erreichbar und Hilfsbereit … wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

This is a magnificent property, with spectacular sea views and in a peaceful rural setting. The house is pristine, with modern appliances. we stayed as an extended family and it had three self contained apartments which meant we all had our own space and great communal areas. The pool was very attractive and the house is close to a stunning cove with crystal clear waters. The hosts were brilliant - responding quickly to all questions and checking in to see if we were having a nice time. we will definitely be back!

Apartment was outstanding. It was so relaxing eating our breakfast while watching the ferry’s dock. Lovely spacious rooms and scenic walk into Split centre. Klajdi was an amazing host. He responded immediately to any queries.

Fabulous apartment in a great location with an amazing and memorable view. Apartment is comfortable with great amenities. Everything’s well thought out. Great bedding, plenty of towels, hooks, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and a bottle of wine! The espresso machine was fantastic! He met us at the ferry dock and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Perfect stay! Highly recommend! The view from the apartment balcony is the best!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

Perfekte, vollständig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sogar verschiedenste Waschmittel lagen parat, ebenso Grundlagen der Küche wie Kaffee, Zucker, Öle, Essig usw. Die Lage zwischen Supermarkt und Strand ist ein Traum. Alles modern, sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Die Bilder in der Wohnung sind ungewöhnlich und einen Blick wert 🤭. Bis auf den Parkplatz ist auch alles total unkompliziert. Um zum Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof zu gelangen, am besten in der Einbahnstraße gegen den Strich fahren wie die Einheimischen 😉 Kroatien ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, Split besonders, und diese Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen 👍.

Marco’s place in Hvar was my absolute favorite stay during our trip to Croatia! His home is beautiful, in a fantastic location, and offers stunning views. Beyond the lovely accommodations, Marco went above and beyond—he introduced me to some amazing skincare products from his local shop. I had developed a skin irritation from too much sun, and the cream he recommended worked wonders. This place is definitely on our return list—I will be back!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
