This unique, art-filled apartment is in a listed 1939 building by Mon Repos park, 2 min from metro & center. You’ll enjoy 100 m² of private space (5.5 rooms total, 135 m²). I usually live here but will be away: you will have full privacy. One bedroom stays closed for groups under 6 people. unless needed. If you needs more comfort in separate rooms (e.g. 2 guests in 2 beds, or 3 in 3), I’ll open it for CHF 40/night. All are welcome, wherever you’re from, whatever you believe, whoever you love.

Bright, modern and well laid out, it enjoys a lovely view and is located 8 minutes from the M1 metro to Lausanne-centre or UNIL and EPFL. 15-minute walk to the lake or Vaudoise Arena. The CHUV is easily accessible by metros M1 and M2. Separate entrance, living room with equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Covered south-facing terrace with 2 armchairs.

Two small halls and a balcony complete the accommodation (75 m2). The spaces are spacious and welcoming. Your property is 6 minutes from Renens train station (very well served) and a 4-minute walk from bus stops as well as shops (food and others). Parking spaces – blue zone – throughout the neighborhood (image).

Entire place

The entire place is available to the guest. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful place close to shops (Coop, Denner, Migros, etc.), restaurants and pharmacies, but also stops for public transport (metro and buses). I would like to point out that the accommodation does not have free parking. However, travelers in vehicles can park their cars in public parking lots. The blue spaces are free. For rent, 2 room apartment (2 people max) on the 4th floor of an old building, quiet area, 10 min bus to Lausanne city center. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains.
