Holiday rentals with a patio in Prijevor

First of all, Kotor was a perfect place. We've already started making plans to go again. Dragan was a great host. He offered us a clean house and all the amenities. Moreover, they surprised us at the last dinner, they served a wonderful dinner, we were very happy. Thank you so much for everything. We'll be back 🌸❤️

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

What a beautiful view!!! We enjoyed the early mornings in the patio so much. Apartment was lovely and spotless! Slobodan was the perfect host!

It all goes very professionally. You never really need anything, but if you need help, it comes right away. I noticed that the kitchen is very well equipped. The apartment is ideal for 2-3 persons. I think the proximity to large supermarkets is fantastic. There is a parking space behind the house with the possibilities for permanent parking.

We were very satisfied with everything, I recommend. It was very close to the sightseeing. She has her own indoor garage, the place was very easy. It was also comfortable and safe as a home environment. The host was also very caring, thank you.

We had a great time staying here! The location is great, 2 mins away from the bus station, close to old town too! The room is tidy and clean! We enjoyed a lot!

the only thing is it is private but the if we wanna drink and dance and sing after 10 that will be a difficult easily the next house people start banging the wall to stop making noise

The apartment was just right for my needs. It was neat and you could find everything you needed there. A short walk to the beach and the city. Tanja responded quickly to messages and she was very friendly. I'd stay here again!

We’ve just got home from a lovely week. The villa is lovely, spacious and airy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Some fabulous places to visit nearby. Car is essential. Lots of homely touches at the villa and a good sized pool area to enjoy. Excellent value for money and would definitely consider visiting again.

Very nice apartment in a prime location with great views of the Bay of Kotor. Overall, a varied, cozy and uncomplicated area for holidays. Radmila is a very nice host and well organized. Would come back anytime!

Feels like home; the furniture and kitchen appliances are relatively new.

We absolutely loved our stay! As a group of 2 families (4 adults, 4 children) we had plenty of space and you couldn't ask for a better view. The kids spent a whole day exploring, playing and just being kids and it was fantastic. We even braved a swim in the waterfall! Yes, the road takes some confidence to tackle but it is 100% worth it. Amazing spot and wish we could have stayed longer!

We absolutely loved our stay in Igor’s cabin by the lake. It was everything we needed to get away from the noise of the city. Conveniently there is a great restaurant located right across the cabin as well (so we were well-fed). Igor made sure we had everything we needed in the cabin (including sun block and mosquito spray!). He was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations. We also had fun canoeing and meeting sunsets on the lake! Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Darko’s place was perfect. Basically in the center of everything, while being tucked away for some peace and privacy when there. The place itself was spacious and clean. And the host was very responsive and friendly. Overall highly recommended!

An unmentioned highlight is the direct view of the picturesque Adriatic island of St. Stefan, a fishing village from the 15th century. The view of the majestic Lovćen Mountains is also impressive. The perfect location opens up a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay. Even in bad weather, there is plenty to enjoy: a beautiful swimming pool and a spa area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi invite you to relax. The well-equipped gym completes the offer. Due to the steep topography, it is recommended to rent a vehicle. The friendly staff of the complex will be happy to assist you with any concerns. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment was perfect for a long stay in Budva. Right across the street is a mall with a well-stocked supermarket and pharmacy, there are plenty of other shops and cafes nearby, and an HDL hypermarket just up the street. The location on the top floor in the corner is ideal, the apartment gets plenty of sun and stays quiet. Nikola provided plenty of essentials like detergent, soap, etc. and was very easy to communicate with.

Very nice place, 100% as described, the host takes great care of customers, answers to messages and questions about various express issues at different times of the day, and the transportation you can order at good prices and instantly to different places. I highly recommend a nice time in beautiful Montenegro.

The stay was very nice! The view from the balcony is enchanting. In general, we felt very comfortable. Only the speed of the Wi-Fi could be improved

The spacious apartment is excellent with the most amazing view over Budva. It was a great location for a short break within an easy 10min walk of the old town. It is set on a short steep hill which wasn’t a problem for us. The first floor apartment overlooks a lovely pool. I highly recommend this apartment for a small group of guests. You will not be disappointed.

Ksenija was very, very hospitable! She provided us a warm welcome and was willing to help us immediately and to answer our questions. The space was great! It is next to a Hypermarket, which was very practical. It had nice views, too. It felt private.
