Parking convenient, just right beside the house. Friendly host, sorry for over the checkout time and June came to clean, and she’s very friendly. Lovely lodge close to amenities and plenty to see and do. The welcome book with places to see and eat was brilliant. Very clean lodge and the extra little touches was an added bonus. Christine was always available for any questions. We would stay there again.

We honestly had the best stay here! The whole place was immaculate and so carefully thought out, perfectly clean and has everything you need. The hosts left us some lovely little treats on arrival which was so thoughtful and kind, the outside space is beautiful and perfect for a summer evening with the fire lit. The windows let in so much natural light and the furnishings were comfortable and clean. Genuinely such a perfect weekend, I cannot fault anything! Definitely worth the stay as long as you don’t mind driving to travel to other places. Thank you so much for making it such an enjoyable weekend :)

We loved our stay! It’s in a good location for exploring the area, with a shop and restaurants/pubs only a short drive down the road. Viv and Antonio couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful during the trip. Livvy the Labradoodle had a great time pottering around the outside space, and it was really safe for her! We would recommend!

Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. From the moment we walked into the cabin, we were in complete awe. Every single detail — from the beautifully set-up kitchen to the cosy fireplace — was so thoughtfully put together. The lush green surroundings and lodge-style charm made it feel like a peaceful hideaway. We had to use up some precious annual leave to make this trip happen — and honestly, it was worth every single day! If all holidays felt this relaxing, I’d be submitting leave requests a lot more often! The place was spotless, cosy, and had everything we needed — it truly felt like a home away from home. absolutely amazing cabin very cosy home from home feel . hot tub was amazing after long days walking the lakes. the cabin was lovely and clean. beds was really comfortable and clean linen. the little added bits like washing up liquid hand wash ect was such a bonus.

Had a great couple of days here. Great central location with lots of pubs and places to eat. Easy to drive into The Dales for walks and Heather was a great host. Sweetcorn is a clean and cosy flat on the main road, pub directly next door and one across the road, both dog friendly 🙂. Car park is really close as well which was handy.
