Beech Lynette - more than just an overnight room

ZoëRating, 5 stars1 day ago
We loved our stay! It’s in a good location for exploring the area, with a shop and restaurants/pubs only a short drive down the road. Viv and Antonio couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful during the trip. Livvy the Labradoodle had a great time pottering around the outside space, and it was really safe for her! We would recommend!

Helen and her family were friendly and welcoming. This is a lovely, homely, peaceful place to stay. The cottage is extremely well equipped and spacious. This was my second visit here, hopefully not my last!

Lake House W/ amazing countryside views & Hot-Tub

AnahiRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Amazing place, just what we needed. Good selection of utensils in the kitchen. To make it even better a pair of scissors and perhaps a few more glasses would have been great. The house was generally clean but there were areas with cob webs, very heavy dust on the fan in the main bathroom and the light above the sink (just for reference to the cleaning team. It did not detract from it being a great place. Lots of travellers this week on their way to Appleby, heavy police presence. No trouble at all encountered.

Bedsit Kendal Town Centre

DianaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
It’s a GREAT place to stay, I’ll definitely come again! The accommodation itself is good. It’s clean and tidy, with a decent place to work, quiet and friendly neighbour, and all the facilities I need. The hosts are so nice and friendly! The location is convenient as well, it’s not too far from the railway station, Iceland supermarket, library and the Kendal castle, and it only takes about 40 min to get to windermere.

A lovely cottage, in a great location. Had everything we needed and more. Easy instructions to get to location and for check in and check out. Visited Ingleton waterfalls trail, only half hour drive from cottage and well worth visiting, beautiful! Would definitely stay at the cottage again.

Horseshoe Cottage great for families or couples

SteveRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We enjoyed a wonderful short break at Catherine’s cottage, set privately in woodland but close to lots of activities. Catherine was very helpful and accommodating, leaving welcome supplies in the fridge and bread bin for our family of five. Ours was a last minute booking, on the day of travel, but Catherine couldn’t have been more helpful. There’s lots to do in the area, and we were happy to discover the small villages of Arnside and Far Arnside. Returning to the cottage was always restful and comfortable, and it was a great fit for our family. Highly recommended!

Guest Favourite Light, modern 1 bed apartment

Clean apartment with good amenities in a quiet location, near to Kendal high street and train station. I was able to get around and explore the local area with ease on local transport. It was a pleasure stay here whilst I spent time walking in the Lake District.
