Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

Wir vermieten unser saniertes 100m² Ferienapartment, dass sich im oberen Teil unseres Einfamilienhauses, in ruhiger Lage befindet. Max. Belegung 5 Erwachsene + 1x Kinderbett. Unser wunderschönes Kraubath befindet sich im Herzen der Steiermark zwischen Leoben und Knittelfeld. Anbindung an Bus, Bahn sowie Autobahn. Den Red Bull Ring erreichen Sie nach einer 15-minütigen fahrt. In der Nähe befindet sich der bekannte Murradweg, der 300 km entlang der Mur verläuft.

Starting point for many hiking trails and excursion destinations, right on the way to Lugauer. There is enough space for your children to play, pet and watch animals. To relax, you have seating and space for grilling at the edge of the forest.

Bärbel's Panoramic Hut

Bärbel's Panorama Hut is 40 m² for self-catering with its own terrace and sauna bunk bed 120 wide a real cuddly hut and is located in the Präbichl ski and hiking area in Styria. The hut has a sun terrace and an infusion sauna. The Swedish stove in the living room provides cozy warmth. At the Praebichl there are numerous hiking opportunities, via ferrata, climbing park and gentle tourism. I'd love to answer any questions you may have.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Ferienregion Schöcklland/Almenland und bietet sowohl für Natur- als auch für Kulturinteressierte viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Wohneinheit ist 70 m² groß und liegt nahe dem Ortszentrum in sehr ruhiger Lage. Freizeitbad, Bäcker, Greislerei und Konditorei sind zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde mit Original Vintage Objekten eingerichtet und versprüht Originalität und Gemütlichkeit.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

My place is close to the Grüner See Nature Reserve, mountains, forest, meadow, swimming lake. Stream at the property line. You'll love my place because of the comfortable bed, light, kitchen, coziness, beautiful terrace, and private garden for guests. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, families with 2 children (in the kitchen there is a pull-out sofa bed).
