Great house right in the heart of town . will be staying there again soon.

Mark is very responsive to the texts and any questions about the local area. He is very friendly and laid back. Off the main road, the lake scenes from front balcony are super nice. There is a local dock for fishing, swimming, or launching a canoe. Some good restaurants and a meat-seafood market are nearby for grilling. He supplies everything, so just bring the family or friends to start your relaxing stay. The house was clean and well stocked. This was our second stay.

we had a quick little visit as we drove cross country, but Sharon we excellent and the house was perfect for my family and pets. loved the little touches like a kids coloring table and water bottles in the fridge.

Aimee and Steve are great hosts. They are very responsive to every question. Easy check in and checkout process. The house is clean had everything we needed. We stayed here for snowmobiling. This house is a great location for that. It is just off a main trail. You can ride right from the yard to the trail. We had our dogs with us. There was 2 ft. of snow on the ground and the owners shoveled a path to the fenced portion of the yard and also shoveled an area for the dogs inside the fence. Plenty of space for relaxing after a long day of riding. We will be back again!

Sherri was helpful and responsive. Place was clean, beautiful, and spacious. Stayed with a toddler and 2 dogs and place was great for both! We all enjoyed the grounds as well, despite the rain. Loved the covered porch!

Eduardo's place was exactly as advertised. Eduardo himself was easily reachable and very responsive to my inquiries. I will rent this place again every time it is available when I visit Erie

We enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was bright, cheerful, and clean. Especially liked having a king size bed and a bathroom on the main floor. Looking forward to returning.

This Airbnb exceeded all of my expectations! The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had the best vacation with wonderful memories. The most important part of our vacation was having a place to enjoy with our older dog who loves to swim. This may be our last summer with him and coming to Higbys was the best decision. They directed us immediately to the swimming area for him and it was perfect. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way. Thank you for one of the best vacations. The memories will last a lifetime!

Our stay was wonderful! Great place for both adults and kids. Patti’s descriptions were extremely accurate. So many games and activities to do right at the home. One of the cleanest Airbnbs I have seen too!

Enjoyed my stay here. Matched the description. Clean comfortable. Would’ve Loved to had enjoyed all the amenities but we were out of season. The Nintendo 64 was nice nostalgic touch, greatly appreciated. Overall, great stay would recommend and would stay again.

Cynthia's home provided amazing views and beautiful sunsets. Our family vacation was memorable because of all the spaces indoors and outdoors that enabled us to appreciate the lake and natural surroundings. Cynthia was responsive to all of the little questions that popped up and we got to take advantage of so many restaurants and fun activities on Lake Erie and Lake Chautauqua. Our family of ten would stay again in a heartbeat!

We planed a LAST moment trip with our family. We had a group of 4 adults and 4 kids of multiple ages and we ALL had an amazing time and comfortable stay. We love Bemus point as a location and went and enjoyed walks around town and the sunset. Debbie was an absolute pleasure and a very gracious host. We loved her dog as well and will definitely book here again.

Wonderful place!! Home has all amenities with huge full windows & high ceilings overlooking the lake in a great small community of 50 private homes with lovely & friendly neighbors. Proximity to Jamestown & Chautauqua institutions was great. Use of bike paths in adjoining Camp Chautauqua(100 acre site with 100 mobile trailer homes & 20 small fixed homes ) was great Also private tennis/pickelball court available at no cost on premises & large pool on adjoining camp property available as well as 2 boat docks.Great & safe for young children as community is private with no through streets & most kids & people use golf carts. There is adjoining campsite playground on lakefront which is great for young children. Bring a boat or kayak along & use Chautauqua institutions nearby for nightly entertainment as well as day lectures , art instruction courses sailing school, variety of day courses & lectures with great theater & opera productions. only 3 miles away.

Our long awaited family reunion of 8 adults and 1 dog LOVED staying in the Plum Bush house. The house is BEAUTIFUL and spacious, the beds comfy, the water hot and the sunporch was the coziest place to gather for conversation and enjoy the welcome snacks and beverages. The pool water was a balmy 88 degrees and the grounds were a great place to hike, have a camp fire or play a game of corn hole. Mary and Bert were nearby to answer any questions and made us feel at home. We would love to stay there again!

We had a fantastic trip and thoroughly loved the home and amenities. A gem of a find and we will definitely be back. Easy check in, responsive host, had everything we needed and more. The family loved the pool. Truly an amazing trip. Highly highly recommend.

This beautiful and peaceful home was the perfect location and space for our family Christmas. The interior was country themed and we felt right at home. Doris was attentive and communicative. Will be back again in the summer! Loved it!

The cottage is in a perfect location for family to enjoy all the activities at Edinboro lake over the 4th July. Loved the smokeless fire pit. Great front porch to gather on. Would recommend this as a great family vacation destination.

Great location, very well kept. Kitchen extremely well stocked, same for towels and linen. Large deck with BBQ was well used. Would be a perfect home away from home if main bedroom mattress was firmer (too soft for my wife and I) and the shower stall were slightly larger. All in all, very nice place to stay.

Our stay at this stunning lake house was absolutely perfect! Nestled in a charming and peaceful town, the home was beautifully maintained, with elegant sea side décor and just a stones throw from the lake. The serene atmosphere made for a truly relaxing getaway. Our host Abby was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure an amazing experience. Plenty of room, very comfortable. Although we didn’t cook there much, everything we needed was available. The fenced yard was very convenient for our two dogs. Bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when visiting our Granddaughter at Allegheny College.

I can't put into words how beautiful and relaxing this cottage is. The location is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful, but is just 2 minutes from shops and restaurants. The house is spotless, well stocked, and insanely comfortable. Our family of 4, plus our doggo, had a fantastic time!
