The apartment is located in the city center of Braine, in a quiet and secure residence. Braine is a pleasant town with shops (bakery, delicatessen, restaurant, supermarket...) and also with the Abbey of Saint Yved, the Château de la Folie and the half-timbered house of the 15th century. Ideally located on the Soissons-Reims axis, 1.5 hours from Paris, you can visit the Chemin des Dames and its surroundings steeped in history, the Champagne vineyard, the cathedrals (Soissons, Laon, Reims).

Finally, we are located in the Soissons, Laon, Reims triangle south of the Aisne at the gates of Champagne and 1.5 hours from Paris. Above all, we want everyone to be comfortable.

Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, we bought this old farmhouse located in a green setting: pasture, pond, stream... We have fully renovated the main house and converted the barn. The house will be only for you, only 1 room will be made available for a reservation up to 2 people, the 2 rooms will be available for 3 or 4 people. You have free and permanent access to the hammam, sauna and SPA area, accessible directly from the house.

Located 15 minutes from Laon (discovery of the Cathedral and the underground of the city), 25 minutes from Reims and 10 minutes from historical sites (Chemin des Dames, Caverne des Dragons, Vauclair Abbey, Vieux Craonne). 10 min from the troglodyte village (Paissy) with its small spring, 10 min from the Domaine Louis de Vauclair located in Craonnelle, 15 min from Center Park.

For health and allergy reasons, no pets are allowed in this home.
