Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Presidente Franco

All quiet, without any problem. Quiet neighbourhood with a convenience store on the corner, very close. Cozy house with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The garage just isn't very big, I had to leave the car well against the passenger side to have a corridor and access the house (a renegade) but it wasn't a problem, just an observation. Very spacious comfortable bed (king), and good sized bathrooms. Fast internet.

Very good space, nearby contains everything you need from bakeries to liquor distributors that is open until later, quiet place, without noise, the host is wonderful, super good people and requests, impeccable the space, cleaning, household utensils, there was even coffee dust (with the price this way, haha) playing aside all the care you take with AirBnb make the experience impeccable, very good location, squares and supermade nearby, and the tourist destinations always well accessible due to the location, I go frequently to the city and whenever I am available, I make sure to rent it.

Had an amazing stay at Lettice's place. it was very spacious, everyone was about to have their own bathroom. All the furniture was in top condition. She's a very responsive host and even gave recommendations on places to eat. I definitely recommend letting her arrange travel with her father. He was super punctual getting us to different sites and the airport. Plus as an official tour vehicle, we were able to get closer parking at several places.

Exceptional attention in dealing with the hosts. Valuable tips and everything very clear. We took great tours and used the house basically for rest. Very good location for restaurants and public transport. The surroundings of the house are very quiet. Seven of us fit comfortably in the house.

Wonderful little home just on the edge of town backed up next to the National Park lands. Cynthia was very helpful and accommodating.

We went on tours in Foz and the house is very close to the main sights, very easy to reach, to get around, with a nearby market. The house offers basic items for cooking, comfortable space and with a lot of privacy. We had a great tour and a great stay. Surely you would come back if you stayed in the same house. My family had a great experience!!

Great property, very clean, everything new and well maintained, it has everything you need, I even felt like buying it. Rone is very attentive/helpful, offers some basic products for breakfast and other products that he sells at cost price, making your stay easier, especially for those who stay 1 night. I wanted to stay several days

Brilliant value for money. Absolutely incredible location and property. The centre of town was walkable in 15 minutes and there were plenty of small shops and restaurants for food. Elisa was an incredible communicator and very helpful - always responded quickly with suggestions. The house is incredible and the pool is the star of the show. We had a lovely time here and enjoyed late night swims and dinners outside. There’s a view over the river, the house sits at the edge and it’s very peaceful and quiet. We organised a taxi transfer through Elisa for the airport which worked well. On the way back we got the shuttle bus which felt safe and worked just as well for a cheaper price.

Well-equipped apartment, clean and fragrant bed linen. Very kind host, responds quickly, gave clear instructions on arrival and accommodation. Great value for money.

The stay was perfect. Arriving at the apartment I already felt at home, everything was very clean, fragrant and organized. New furniture and utensils, air conditioning in the rooms, wonderful shower. Everything was as advertised, and it even exceeded expectations. We went as 5 people and had a great time.

The Apartment is located at the corner of two double avenues, it has a fuel station across the street, which facilitates access and provides a sense of security to get in and out even at night, since it is well lit. Great beds, new and well maintained furniture, garage in front of the building entrance, apartment right next to the entrance. We had a great experience during our 7 days in Foz do Iguaçu! The apartment is excellent — very comfortable, well-equipped and exactly as described in the photos. The location is also great, with easy access to the city's main tourist spots and shops. We want to highlight Marcia, who was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. We went with my 3 children, the truth is that the accommodation is beautiful, super comfortable, beautiful view, the pool is very nice and quiet. On the corner there is a 24-hour market that makes it much easier when you forgot to buy something, there is also a pharmacy on the corner and you can tell that it is a quiet neighborhood. When I return to Foz, I will definitely stay here again.
