Our no-frills shepherd’s hut sits by the Drava River and a big wild meadow, just 4 km from Ptuj, Slovenia’s oldest town. Nature lovers (and friendly dogs) welcome! A nearby road offers easy access. Enjoy a BBQ lunch by the river, then relax as the sun sets, frogs sing, and stars light up the night sky. For the full countryside experience, earplugs are optional! We are located in an isolated place and offer limited facilities but a special experience of union with nature without the luxury of modern life. Cabins do not have electricity or water connections. The toilet is external, in which the shower is connected to the water tanks. It is possible to cook and bake in the kitchen.

Our guest house is located in Szattán, a small village in Őrség. The cottage has a sauna, a garden with a fireplace, and the village orchard is located directly below the house. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a hob, a small fridge, a coffee maker and a kettle. You'll find everything you need to cook and eat. The following fee is payable on site: In the village, the tourist tax rate is 400 HUF/person/night over 18 years. Sauna usage fee is 10000 HUF per heating.
