We can accommodate a maximum of 5 people with two separate bedrooms. The large living/dining room overlooking the green Murufer is in the center of the apartment. Footpath along the Mur approx. 10 minutes to the city center. Supermarket and bakery on the other side of the Mur. Numerous restaurants, coffee shops along the Mur towards Schloßberg. Cheap parking is close by.

NEW Mediterranean studio apartment

This apartment is inspired by Mediterranean vibes and has an big terrace door that gives the apartment a bright light throughout the day. The living room area is decorated with a fireplace that at the moment is not active yet. The rooms don’t have doors and are all connected in one big spacious studio apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Fresh towels and basic bath essentials are provided. In front of the apartment there is a terrace that is a shared space with other apartment.

V sklopu nastanitve lahko igrate tenis, okolica pa je priljubljena za igranje golfa, kolesarjenja in pohodništva, za izlete po Prekmurju ter seveda neomejeno plavanje in čofotanje v bazenih v bližnjih Termah 3000. Nearby is Pohorje where you can access by car or gondola and enjoy the beautiful view of the city of Maribor. If you're transporting a few colometers, you can check out Prekmurje and enjoy the Prekmurje cuisine.

Wir freuen uns euch in unserer frisch renovierten und mit ganz viel Liebe hergerichteten Wohnung im zweiten Stock eines wunderschönen Altbaus am Rande des Grazer Stadtparks willkommen zu heißen. Unsere Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Schlafzimmer, geräumigen Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und getrenntem WC. Vom Wohnzimmer aus sieht man in den Rosengarten des Cafés mit dem besten Frühstück der Stadt.
