Holiday rentals with lake access in Přední Výtoň

Our stay with Matthias was just great! He was super friendly, always available and really took care of everything – he even got us an oyster knife. Already in advance, he provided us with great restaurant tips and informed us about delivery options. Even the offer to bring ordered food to the cabin shows how attentive and helpful he is. The place itself was clean, rustic, and at the same time perfectly equipped. But the absolute highlight was definitely the private sauna and the hot tub! Relaxing there after a long day was simply unbeatable. The cottage offers absolute privacy in the middle of a breathtaking backdrop – pure nature! And the starry sky? Just amazing! We have rarely seen it so clearly and impressively. We would recommend everyone to book these extras – it's absolutely worth it! Very nice and spacious place to stay . Kitchen equipped with all necessary equipment. Nice beds. 2 minutes walk to Lipno Lake.

We booked Nino and Claudia's private chalet for a break for two and what can I say... It was a "piece of paradise"! We enjoyed the peace and the private atmosphere very much and were also able to relax amply due to the offer of sauna and hot tub. Everything was very clean and wonderfully furnished with attention to the details. Using a handout, everything was described in great detail and everything was explained in detail upon arrival. Both check-in and check-out went very smoothly. The chalet has good connections and is very easy to reach by car. Within a few minutes you can get directly to Waldkirchen. There is a wide range of places or the like here. The parking is right in front of the house was also very pleasant. So all in all it was a successful stay with good rest. Thanks again to Nino and his family for providing us with this great house for our getaway.

We absolutely loved our stay in the house. It felt like a home away from home. Gabriela provided lots of information and quickly responded to any question we had. The area is so peaceful and there is lots to see and do. Thank you Gabriela and Sona!

Everything was great. The flat is big enough for 5 people. Restaurants and the lake are not far away only a short walk. Everything was perfect and Tomáš was really nice!

We had a nice short vacation as a family and made good use of the sauna and indoor pool. The apartment is very well equipped and in a great environment with a beautiful view of the countryside. A clear recommendation and Judith was immediately available when we arrived.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is beautiful, modern, clean, and as a bonus a stove that gives the right atmosphere. Great amenities, we really didn't miss anything. If you are looking for Lipno activities, there is a short walk, if you are looking for a more peaceful relaxation, you will also find it. The owner is a very accommodating lady, we were able to check in early, which we really appreciated in the winter months. We'd love to come back, thanks :)

The apartment is wonderfully bright. It was super clean. The view over the rooftops to the south is beautiful. It's quiet in the middle of the city. A very good place to explore Czesky Krumlov and surroundings.

The place is as described and same as photos, if you are interested in a rural place to relax it is the best choice

We had a great stay. Right behind the house you can take a path into the forest or take a turn and walk towards the lake. The place is great and the surrounding beautiful.
