A cozy airbnb filled some wonderful artworks in calm neighbourhood. It is still quite close to the tram station and easily accessible from the center. Harald was a very easy going and responsive host. I would recommend the place to any visiting Linz.

We - my mother, my daughter and I - wanted to spend a cosy, girls' break together. And we could really do that in Katrin's apartment! Check-in was easy, parking was no problem, and the location is great because you can get everywhere very quickly, but it is really nice and quiet on site. The apartment was fantastic: modern, cozy, lots of wood, cuddly, lots of seating, kitchen well equipped. We also had a cot and high chair provided on request without any problems. Communication with Katrin was extremely pleasant, helpful and fast. We actually felt very comfortable right away and would like to spend another break here for the three of us - this time 😉 with dad. Thank you for the great holiday with you, Katrin! ❤️

Everything is great, nice old apartment as in the photos. Good location, quick to get to the trams, shopping centre around the corner, you can quickly get to the Danube/main square/old town. but still very quiet. Kitchen equipment with the essentials for very simple cooking sufficient. Overall recommended.

We felt very comfortable in Killian's apartment. It has the best view of the beautiful lake and was totally clean. Unfortunately, the washing machine is really inconvenient in the bathroom - otherwise nothing to complain about. The kitchen was well equipped for the small size.

Michaela‘s place was just perfect in every sense. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful well kept apartment with everything you need during the stay. Communication with Michaela was clear, friendly and always responsive. We would gladly visit again.

Stefan was incredibly responsive and friendly. He was accommodating with our schedule and made sure we had everything we needed. His place was very clean and is located in a fantastic spot right next to the main square. We have two young children (3 and 1) and this space was perfect for them, with plenty of living space and sleeping accommodations. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend this apartment to others traveling to Linz!

The apartment is great. We felt right at home. In the kitchen, it was really fun to cook and afterwards we could choose where we wanted to relax. Everything was exactly as described Sometimes, such beautifully photographed accommodations are a disappointment, because they are only superficially chic or extremely worn out - but that is definitely not the case here. It was very nice!

The apartment is very spacious, the sunny terrace huge. You can park right by the house. The furnishings are impeccable, everything is new, modern and clean. Almost luxurious, I would say. The lake is a three-minute walk away, and the beautiful beach with a children's playground, beach bar and sanitary facilities is less than a ten-minute walk away. Unbeatable in good weather. We initially had problems finding the apartment because I had written down the wrong house number. Milos was immediately available and helped very nicely. Also in between, he actively inquired to make sure that we lacked nothing. An exemplary host. Thank you very much, Milos!

Nice, relatively new place. The bathroom is very nice and sufficiently large. The apartment is really very small, but the balcony gives you no cramping feeling. The view over the Eidlauf pond is very nice. It's just minutes to the city. Filter coffee machine is available. I would prefer a capsule machine The pull-out sofa bed is fine. At my request, a swivel chair was brought to me. Thanks again for that! In Rohrbach and surroundings there are many nice people. Recommended: Burns, B34 and city cafe. Pizza at Jimmy. Tierpark in Altenfelden.

Initially we planned to stay 2 nights in Hluboka, but decided to extend our stay for one additional night. Fortunately Leos agreed to provide your apartments for one more night. our stay in Hluboka was very pleasant, we have enjoyed Leos' place due to peaceful surroundings, complete privacy and clean and well equipped apartments. Highly recommended!

we have been able to use Martin's cottage for a few days in a word AMAZING. everything you can think of is present and clean. beautiful quiet clean environment large garden present .plus point is you have quite a lot of privacy in the garden .the photos correspond to what it advertises. we will definitely come back, we recommend it to everyone if you want to stay in Linz for a few days, book the apartment 😉
