Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Přední Výtoň

I had booked Markus's place for my parents. Markus was very friendly and contacted me very promptly! My parents' review: “Such a beautiful apartment! Very classy! We felt very comfortable and slept well and yes, six people have good space.” My parents told me several times how well they enjoyed the accommodation.

The location of the apartment is good close to shops and the center of ČB. The panel house was easy to park. Ms. Kata responded very quickly to messages and was generally interested - great communication. The apartment is bigger with beautifully large bathroom and equipped kitchen.

We had a great time. Large rooms, spacious space. The resident is even bigger than the pictures. Nicely located, easy to park. The host is very helpful and responsive. Thank you so much for letting us stay here.

Beautiful accommodation with pool, great location for unwinding, hiking or for a trip to Passau or the Czech Republic. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice newly renovated, quiet, well equipped and clean apartment. Great starting point for trips to the area, Austria and the Czech Republic. If you love nature, this is the place to be. Communication is also great! Thanks !

The host was very nice, the room was spacious and clean, and we were even offered complimentary drinks. It was a very pleasant stay!

We enjoyed the days with Angelika and her family on the farm very much. Above all, the opportunity to be able to play outside and jump trampoline was particularly enjoyed by the kids, so we were just in the yard for two days on our four-day trip. The kids were also allowed to ride the ponies, feed sheep and chickens, and even help out in the pasture when work was up. Thanks for the nice days :)!

Communication with Alice was great, really very nice and accommodating. Could/were also allowed to check in a little earlier than planned. The house, front yard and back garden are really nice and big, all exactly like the pictures. It just needs to be noted that you are very dependent on a car. Currently, there are no sidewalks yet.

We had a great ski holiday in Lipno. The house is very nice, would be big enough also for two families and is really nice and clean. We felt totally comfortable and can only recommend it. The contact was also straightforward and very nice.

We liked the place very much. It was perfect for a family gathering with 7 people. Everything very clean and the room distribution is also very convenient. Kitchen, dining and living room are connected and offer enough space to linger together. In addition, landlords are very nice and easy to reach. I'd love to come back :)

The hosts are great. Beautiful place to stay.

Overall, we were very satisfied and had everything we needed. Great equipment with 2 bathrooms, additional toilet, dishwasher, washing machine, grill, parking space,... Check-in was hassle-free and earlier, communication with Peter was great, he was always available. The house is in 2nd row to the lake with beautiful sunset views. 3 small points with potential for improvement: the barbecue was unfortunately not clean at all, the apartment was very cold when we arrived (13 degrees) and the lawn could have been mowed before arrival. Otherwise everything is great and definitely recommended.

Unfortunately, after we had to cancel our stay with Birgit & Franz, it worked out this time. Starting with the very friendly communication and the very flexible check-in, about the warm welcome by the hosts, the apartment was perfectly equipped and very clean and tidy. We were also allowed to store the bikes in the carport. Since you live directly on the Danube bike path, it's a good idea to arrive with bicycles. All in all a nice stay - we felt really comfortable. We had a lovely stay and felt like at home. Flat is spacious, safe, clean, bright and situated in a quiet residential area. Host is very responsive and accomodating. I would stay here again as it was very comfy.

Great place, within very beautiful area. House has a nice terrace, and friendly host family with lovely children, so would highly recommend for families. At the same time we were at warm part of the year, so don't know if it would be ok in winter. Something I would check before reservation. I think the only nuisance was the douche under the roof slope, so need to bend or sit while washing. Other than that we enjoyed the stay a lot ❤️
