Had an amazing stay. House was perfect, Katya was really helpful throughout, gave lots of recommendations and replied to messages quickly. 10 min walk into town where there were lots of restaurants and cafes.

Simply stunning. The pictures don’t do justice to the view and the apartment is impeccable. Michael is an outstanding host. Highly recommend.

This place is like walking into an architectural magazine. So meticulously designed, simple, and comfortable. Speaking of comfort, the bed is amazing! Plenty of towels, wonderful pots, and pans and dishes. Very special place and so perfectly located to walk in this beautiful city And explore beyond. Highly staying as many days as possible here!

Simona is a great host - she replies without delay and tries to accommodate guests with everything. The apartment is spacious, you’ll find everything you need there. The only thing it lacked is chairs and table on the balcony to chill in the afternoons. The location is great - calm and very close to a cycling/walking area with a beautiful playground. We recommend it to a family with kids, our kid loved the space and playground.

The host, Mrs. Anita, welcomed us with great attention and cordiality, showing us all the amenities of the house. The house is perfect from every point of view. The garage around the house is in another added value. Kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms are complete with everything and the quality of the furniture is high.

Roberta is an exceptional host. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with everything we needed. From the free bikes to the thoughtful touches throughout, everything was perfect. She was always available, kind, and made us feel completely at home. One of the best stays we’ve had — highly recommended!

I stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The apartment has everything that we needed during our stay. Spacious apartment with big bathroom and bathtub, also complete amenities as description, including the kitchen with all cooking utensils, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. Monika also gave local recommendation for short drive tour to the Dolomites which absolutely wonderful. Albano and his wife were such lovely hosts with the most warm welcome. Such a beautiful and pristine property with a great view! Not overly walkable however, and in hindsight not the best base location wise for our trip to the Dolomites. We wished we were on the other side of Bolzano as the drives were a bit long and windy. Some cooling in the bedroom would have been lovely, as both of us as couples felt quite stuffy and hot, but weren’t able to open the windows overnight due to rain and bugs. The heating for the wintertime looks very well set up! The fireplace was lovely. Great property overall, and very very clean! Thanks Albano 🤩

Fabrizio and Paola were very available during our trip. The apartment is lovely and equipped with everything you need there and the location is very central. We had a great time there.

First "four-legged" vacation. The place is perfect, located not far from the actual center of Predazzo, so absolutely quiet area. The interior is beautiful, although many have flawed the hallway composition, we really liked it! DIY check-in has also been easy, and not having the anxiety of taking the keys to the house definitely lightens your vacation! If you really want to look for a defect, maybe you could pay more attention to cleanliness (probably also the result of inattention from previous guests), but apart from this, it's really the perfect place to stay!

We had five wonderful days with Jürgen (and Beate). The apartment is truly a Gem and has met all our expectations: great location, amazing views, modern and cozy. To end the evening in front of the fireplace on the terrace with a good glass of wine was a special highlight for us. The contact with Jürgen, Beate and Zilli was always very accommodating, friendly and warm. Looking forward to seeing you again❣️

We really enjoyed the apartment and are very happy to have chosen this place. The overall equipment in the kitchen and bathroom were well above average. Stefania was very quick in responding and a pleasure to be in contact with. The small town is well connected to explore the dolomites - I can only recommend this place.

Newly renovated, centrally-located new place with convenient private and reserved parking. In about a 5-minute walk you can get to the center of Predazzo where a selection of bars, a shopping center and other amenities are comfortable. Also about 400 meters away there is the best burger in Trentino. The place is very clean, tastefully furnished and modern. It's perfect for couples and families. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and the oven. Denise is always helpful and very kind. Highly recommended.

Giulia and Andrea were exceptional hosts! From the first contact, they were super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me great advice about the area, from restaurants to less touristy places to discover. The apartment is cosy, well-kept and has a really family atmosphere: I felt at home from the first moment. I really appreciated the small details and especially their kindness and helpfulness in making me feel comfortable at all times. One aspect that I particularly liked was the time they spent suggesting authentic experiences, which made my stay even more special. I absolutely recommend this accommodation and hope to return soon!

Giulios place offered such a peaceful and restoring getaway in the Dolomites. Provided amenities such as the washer/dryer, jacuzzi bath, and full kitchen made such a difference after a long day of hiking. Giulio was always available for communication and made sure we were well taken care of. Great affordable stay to be surrounded by the beautiful Italian mountains!

The owners are very friendly and kind people. The accommodation is immersed in nature, surrounded by trees and green meadows, and you can breathe in an atmosphere of tranquility and peace. The outdoor pool is a real gem and we also enjoyed the common areas where you can eat outdoors or relax with a good book. Although far from the chaos, it is in a great position to reach and visit Asolo and the neighbouring municipalities.

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Absolutely stunning destination and accommodation with everything you need and other luxuries! It exceeded all our expectations. We loved the sauna & jaccuzzi with a view at the terrace. Also really spacious and beautifully designed interior, plenty of small pretty details. We're so happy we chose this place, thank you 😍

We were at the forest chalet with our dog. The accommodation was sparkling clean and we felt very comfortable. Great food, good drinks in the main building. Soothing massages (not cheap) and a nice spa. Our accommodation was quiet and exclusive, we would love to come back.
