Towels/bed linen are INCLUDED in the price! The 1A Chalet Klippitzhorst is situated at approx. 1,550 hm and is surrounded by ski slopes and hiking areas. The ski lifts are a short distance away on foot/skis or by car! High-quality box-spring beds ensure the highest level of sleeping pleasure.

Sustainably renovated with wood, clay, and natural materials, it blends rustic warmth with modern comfort. Unwind in the open-plan kitchen with wood-burning stove, sleep under the stars through a skylight, and soak in the views from the spacious balcony. Enjoy the outdoor sauna and a private fitness room – perfect for a peaceful escape.

A cozy vacation home a little off the beaten track of our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100 m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

You can leave the stress of everyday life behind and simply relax to the sound of the ringing cowbells or the rippling spring water of the fountain.
