House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The house by the lake, my lifelong dream. But too big to use on my own. Away from mass tourism, nestled in the mountains, right by the lake, surrounded by forests. Inside and around the house, everything is very spacious for both people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to the BBQ/fire pits, sauna, private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP board and garden shed (‘Villa Seen-Sucht’), our guests can use everything… that way, it’s more fun for all of us. A truly special place!

Atme und lass sein! Nahe am Ursprung, in sonniger Ruhelage kannst du die „Stimmen der Natur“ hören. Das Zwitschern der Vögel. Das Rauschen der Wipfel. Das sanfte Säuseln des Windes, der über blühende Bergwiesen weht. Das Plätschern des kleinen Bächlein. Spüre beim Barfußlaufen das feuchte Gras, entspanne in der Sauna, tanke Energie auf unserem Kraftplatz, schmecke die Früchte des Gartens, genieße ein frisches Ei, schlafe im Alpakawollbett auf Zirbenkissen und erlebe die Schönheit der Alm…

®HOAM House

Das ®Hoam House ist eine Chalet der besonderen Art. Im Loft-Style lässt es sich entspannen und abschalten. Unser Highlight: ein beheizter Pool, der im Winter als Whirlpool genutzt wird – mit Fernblick über die Alpen und Nähe zu Graz. Ob Erholungstrip oder Stadturlaub, hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Wohnraum bietet 2+2 Betten (inkl. Komfort-Sofa). Direkt nebenan liegt das Fitnessstudio, das mit Schmoltis Chalet genutzt wird. Auch unsere Alpakas freuen sich auf euren Besuch!

WITH HEART AND SOUL. The Webertonihütte is a detached alpine hut at 1320 m above sea level, which stands with a lot of love for detail at the foot of the Lavanttaler Saualpe, near the Klippitztörl. So nature lovers, sports enthusiasts or families can take undisturbed relaxing vacations and are completely among themselves. You can leave the stress of everyday life behind and simply relax to the sound of the ringing cowbells or the rippling spring water of the fountain.

The Koralpenchalet Sun, forest, nature!

Located at about 900 m above sea level above the cloud line is the Koralpenchalet in the picturesque village of Trahütten. Look directly at the Koralpe from the large terrace and enjoy the fresh forest air. The wooden chalet offers everything the vacationer's heart desires. Two rooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. After an eventful day of hiking, you can relax in the barrel sauna or the wooden bathtub.

"Small but nice" Beautiful location with distant views. Self-catering cottage in a secluded location. Experience special moments in this pleasant family-friendly place. A fully equipped kitchen. With an inviting and cozy atmosphere, you can linger in the garden. Various seating and reclining facilities are available in the garden. A great fire and barbecue area can also be used well. The surroundings and tranquility invite you to relax and unwind.

Cottage 35 m² + 20 m² terrace with 1600 m² plot

Lots of reason and meadow and a nice place to feel comfortable. Nestled in a quiet location of 1600m2 is the new cottage. In the immediate vicinity is a bike path, a running track, a bike path, the mountains and much more. There is a stadium pool nearby for swimming and in winter the Koralpe ski resort is only 15 min away. Shopping is also nearby. There is the possibility to set up a folding bed for 1 child.

Bergspective - Haus Alpenspa

Enjoy a unique vacation at 1200 meters above sea level, surrounded by nature, wellness and luxury. The alpine village offers chalets, private campsites and services focused on health, relaxation and gastronomy. Accommodation: Haus AlpenSpa: A charming wooden house from 1897 that has been renovated with modern luxury.
