In the house of my parents I renovated this 2 room apartment for you in August 2018. Modern, stylish and cosy. The apartment on the first floor has two balconies. The new open kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped. The couch in the living room can also be used as an additional double bed (sofa bed) after consultation. The apartment has an underground parking space (important in case of snowfalls!). The house is very well maintained - only a few steps from the centre of the village.

Located in the central valley, it allows you to quickly reach the valleys of the Gran Paradiso National Park, the city of Aosta, the towns of the Alta Valle, France and Switzerland.

Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.

Warm 35 m2 apartment on the ground floor of an old oil mill renovated in the 50s. The house is located in a small hamlet of the village of Séez 3 km from the TGV station of Bourg St Maurice on the road to the Petit Saint Bernard pass as well as on the route of the Grandes Alpes road. The price includes all bed linen and towels as well coffee, tea, cappuccino and infusion for your breakfast for one or more nights.
