A fantastic stopover in a nice traditional back street in the old town. The accommodation was exactly as described: a perfect hideaway from the chaotic bustling city. Alice looked after my booking and all subsequent communication and she was superb. Always replying in minutes, and forthcoming with some superb local food outlets. Everyone made me feel incredibly welcome and I hope to return someday!

This condo is in a great location, right next to Central Bang Na Mall and a Big C store. Plenty of restaurants are nearby and a 7-Eleven is right across the street. Thinley is the most responsive, helpful, and friendly host we've ever had. The condo is absolutely huge by Bangkok standards. The gym and swimming pool are one floor down and they are very nice as well. I would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat.

Had a wonderful stay with my family. The host is friendly and the most touching act was… the host prepared few toys, when I informed him that I will be coming there with my 4 years old. It was very thoughtful of the host.

Good, clean accomodation, helpful staff at the building and Chatchatpol was always available for any other queries. The location is central and there are a number of good options for wining and dining in walking distance.

Good condominium with gym and pool. Quiet neigborhood almost without tourists. 7Eleven and a lot of restaraunts 15 minutes away. Clear check-in instructions and overall communication with the host

Absolutely a paradise!!! Best prices for smoke in Thailand for good quality!!! Treated with a fridge full of water (if you know you know) on arrival snacks lollies our own bong and complimentary gram for everyday we stayed. Air purifier and air conditioning downstairs and upstairs. Kitchen has everything you need and 7-11 is literally a few steps away and open 24/7 staff were so welcoming helping us with our luggage and gave us free fat buds merch to take home stickers. Can even order fat dads burgers if you cbf looking for food.

The host is extremely responsive and even so helpful in all matters. The area is just awesome if you want real authentic Bangkok. BTS Udom suk is 3 minutes walk away. And outside you’ll just have everything you need from markets, supermarkets to restaurants, massage and even bars. This area became my new favorite in Bangkok! Very recommendable!

This was an amazing place. I stayed here for a retreat since it was my girlfriend's birthday month, and it did not disappoint. It was in the middle of downtown Sukhumvit (Phrom Phong area), so you already know it's in the heart of all the action and buzz. I usually stay in Sukhumvit 33, so I'm already familiar with the area. The apartment was beautiful -- stylish, modern and minimalistic. We adored the Japanese influenced bathroom complete with an wooden onsen tub. Plenty of space, with the living room great for chilling or even working. There's a desk in the bedroom too to do some work. Very functional kitchen as well -- fully equipped and stocked. I managed to make a multi-coursed steak dinner for my girlfriend, and we even some more meals. Niki was also a super friendly and responsive host, she honestly made me feel like a friend, and were her employees, like Auntie Toy. Honestly, this place is amazing, and the best way to say it is I'm awaiting my next stay already.

The photos don’t do justice to how cute and pretty the apartment is. It was squeaky clean. All essentials like toiletries, detergent, fabric softener was provided by the host. The only thing was the duvet which was a bit small for somebody who is astall as my girlfriend is (5’8) but since there were extra blankets provided she managed a comfortable stay nonetheless.

Stella was easily the best Airbnb host I have ever had. She was extremely responsive and quick to help out with any recommendations. Her place was absolutely stunning, exactly as described in the listing. Check in instructions were extremely easy to follow with information she provided. I recently stayed at this apartment and had an amazing experience! The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and 7/11. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen. For future stays, it would be great to have a kettle in the kitchen for making tea or coffee, and a small foot towel in the bathroom would be a thoughtful addition. Very nice place it was clean and had good instructions on how to check in, was a little far from everything and kind of secluded but that was on are part for not doing are research, everything in the area including bts was a bit of a walk or drive. But is a nice area and a peaceful place.
