Luxury Medieval Tower - Penthouse

RussRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed this large, well appointed two story apartment. The place was warm and inviting and was an authentic home to be a unique setting. My family enjoyed the surroundings and there was plenty of restaurants to close from. Be prepared to tackle the 52 steps to the apartment door which my 90 year old mother managed twice a day. Keeps you healthy.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

NicholasRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We have been wanting to stay here for years, and it looked so amazing we couldn’t imagine it beating expectations - but it did! We did not realize how much came with a stay here: the pool, the botanical garden, the golf cart to get around, the restaurant, and even a filled fridge of farm fresh food and snacks so we didn’t have to worry about dinner OR breakfast. They taught us the history of the tower and the land and gave a thorough tour of the accommodations. This was our first time in Italy, and Tommaso was so friendly and responsive to tell us what train station to come into to get a taxi. The tower was so cozy and in its own private area. This stay was a dream come true.

Loggia in the Santo Spirito district

MyaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

Cipressini 2 - pool and amazing views

BrandonRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We cannot say enough about how fantastic our stay was. Maybe the most gorgeous property we’ve ever seen - even better than the pictures! Pia was incredibly helpful, sent us a whole printout of recommendations for different restaurants, wineries, and things to do. She is incredibly kind, responsive, and proactive - she thought of everything you may need during your stay and gave us a tour of our home. Waking up in the Tuscan countryside and watching the sun rise over the vineyards was relaxing and beautiful. The sunsets were breathtaking to see over the rolling hills in Chianti. Castellina was a cute little town with fantastic places to eat and panoramic views of the valley. And on top of all that, we made a new friend in the Public Relations Manager, Teo - you can be sure you’ll be greeted with a wagging tail and a happy little smile. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!

Pitti Portrait

BeverlyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Lorenzo's apartment reminded me of a three-room suite in a high-end hotel (bedroom, sitting area with couch and TV, and kitchen-dining room, as well as 1.5 bathrooms). It was super-clean, had top of the line kitchen and bathroom fixtures, built-in closets, comfortable bed, etc. The bedroom was quiet as it was on the back side of the building (away from Piazza Pitti). AC and internet worked well. As others have noted, the apartment is up two flights of stairs; but also note that the entry into the building and the stairway are narrow such that other people in the building cannot pass you going up/down, especially with suitcases. I only saw other people on the stairway once during my two-day stay, but it was precisely when I arrived. In that moment, I wished I had left my big suitcase in storage and only brought up a small suitcase. However, once I made it up with all my stuff, I was glad to have everything with me.

Torricella Power

we stayed for 4 nights at Monica's house, from the first moment we had a great time, the place is super quiet, perfect for those who want to stay in peace and detached from the big cities, it is about 30 minutes from Florence, the only flaw is perhaps the access to the parking lot and the house, which is via a climb that is not lit at night, otherwise everything is perfect

Your Terrace Duomo view - Cellini Project

HubertRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The location and quality of the apartment were outstanding. The location at the central market allowed us to easily walk to all of Florence’s renowned museums and sites. Liesurely sitting on the balcony in the morning with views of the nearby Duomo and Tower…dipping biscotti into our espressos was a wonderful experience. The rental manager, Stefano, was incredible. He and his colleague, Oscar, were frequently in touch…helping in so many ways…e.g., arranging taxi service upon our leaving, helping us get to our next destination during the National train strike, supporting us deal with the trauma of having my bag (credit cards, wallet, drivers license) stolen in a center city restaurant. In short, the apartment met….and in many respects exceeded…our expectations.

Casa Iperico in Historical Tuscan Villa

DuaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Bianca is one of the best hosts I ever encountered. She is very friendly, welcoming and social. She is very passionate about her house and guests. She treated us like friends and I think we already became friends for life. Her house is very special, magical, clean and beautiful. Its very spacious felt right at home and had everything we needed. Its private and peaceful yet walking distance from Grassina town down the hill, around 10 minutes walk. The town has everything you need from restaurants to bars, Farmacia, little boutique shops and beauty salons. The location is perfect and outside the city but only 20-30 minutes from Florence. I am defiantly coming back to this place.
