Oak View Country Retreat is located on 20 acres of mature oak trees and pasture. Surrounded by farm fields, you’ll find a spacious 1200 sq ft living area with full kitchen, dining and living room areas, accessible bathroom and two queen beds. Open concept provides great accessibility for wheelchair or scooter. Linens and towels provided. Centrally located and a short trip to many events including Pella’s Tulip Time, Knoxville’s sprint car races, Newton’ s NASCAR races and the Iowa State Fair.

Enjoy the peaceful beauty of Central Iowa's rolling hills, prairies, and distant forests while staying in our newly constructed barndominium. Take in the sweeping views, singing birds, and diverse wildlife from the front porch. The barn is located behind our house. The driveway is shared with lots of parking next to the barn.
