House holiday rentals in Praiano

Monica’s place in Sorrento was a great location. Beautiful views from the piazza, great restaurants and shopping close by, beaches and marina were a short walk away. Monica’s partnership with the hotel was convenient for check-in. She handled our transportation reservation from the train station and to our next destination. If we were to come back to stay in Sorrento we would definitely have Monica’s place on the short list!

Such a wonderful home with incredible views! Very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. We loved sitting out on the terrace taking in the breathtaking vista! The shared pool was fun! Walking distance to and from the bus after doing many stairs was appreciated. Maria was very helpful with advice of what to see and do! Loved eating at Da Costantino across the street! Exceptional food and wonderful family owned restaurant with stunning views as well! A must do! We will definitely tell friends and family about Casa Angelica! A perfect place to stay to experience Positano!

Extremely clean and beautiful apartment. Very responsive host. The view was spectacular and the patio was very large and spacious. It’s very good for younger people that like to do a lot of walking and hiking. It’s very difficult to get in town especially when you have only a couple of days to explore the city. I had my mom and aunt with me and I would have preferred a hotel by the center of town. We spent a lot of money for taxi . Other than that the place and the host are wonderful and match the description on the listing .

Casa Incanto is a beautiful home, the gardens and pool area are exceptional, the views over Praiano, Positano and out to Capri are stunning. Inside Casa Incanto is very well laid out, very clean and very comfortable. It is very easy to get to Positano, Amalfi and Marina dei Praiano using the local link buses. We also hired a private boat from Marina dei Praiano to Capri.

Rebecca was amazing! We had a special celebration for a friend and asked her to get us a cake and she made it happen last minute! She also arranged for a private chef dinner one of the nights and it was absolutely delicious and perfect! The property was beyond gorgeous! So lush and green with views of the water as well! We would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a serene setting!

The property is in a simply beautiful setting, with amazing patios and a pool we made full use of. The host and staff were wonderful and helped us in every way possible. We loved our visit and the views!!!! Just 2 notes, if you have physical challenges you will struggle getting up and down the stairs between the street and property (there are many!). And if you want to spend a lot of time in the town of Amalfi, there is no easy way to travel back and forth. There is a bus that is exceptionally crowded without stops called out so very stressful. And taxis from the center to the property go off meter and can charge as much as 100-130 euro for the 15 minute drive when busy. There is a town shuttle in the peak period I’m told but it was not running during our stay. The staff however were wonderful and gave us rides when they could; Alessandrina assisted us with tour arrangements and was very helpful; and we loved Dina and her sister Enzah who lived on the property and helped us so much!

Licia is the best air b n b host we have ever had! She made our trip seamless and was helpful in coordinating reservations and cabs. She is as very sweet and all of her recommendations were spot on. The home was even more beautiful than the photos. As the listing and many reviews state, it is at the top of Positano. The walk down was reasonable with many steps but only about 15-20 min to town. My mother was able to make it back up the steps one time but she did not prefer it and it took us around 45 mi, but like I said Lucia helped us coordinate rides and gave us bus instructions. There is also a nice restaurant at the top of the hill across the street called da constantino if you have a night you do not want to go to town.

The location is very convenient, close to main square, bus stop, food shops, bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the spacious terrace and beautiful sea view. The kitchen has traditional tableware which adds character. The booklet with information about nearby towns and bus schedules was very helpful. There were complimentary drinks and water in the refrigerator. The kitchen had olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar. You can take local bus to the Marina di Praia beach or a steep walk on numerous staircases down to La Gavitella beach from main square with a church. Both beaches have small public areas and beach clubs with sun beds. Marina di Praia public beach only gets sun in the first half of the day. Ravello is beautiful to visit. If you plan to go by bus, keep in mind that busses can get very crowded in summer and not frequent. Francesca was a gracious host, she helped us with booking transfers to/from Naples and to local destinations. We will recommend this place.

Dalila’s home was well maintained, modern, and more spacious than the photos depict! The location is very quiet and private - a break away from the crowds in Positano. Please keep in mind this location will require a taxi/water taxi almost everywhere you need travel that is outside Praiano. Taxis were not the most readily available - but our host did provide us contact info for a driver to utilize. The host was helpful and either responsive immediately or within a few hours of reaching out. Overall, a great stay in Amalfi and a great place to relax and unwind!

We loved the location! It was up a few steps (about 90) up the hill BUT what a view 🤩 worth every step and more!!! The apartment was very comfortable. Michela and her mum Adriana were the best of hosts. They sent down a wonderful chocolate cake and a bottle of limoncello which were amazing. The apartment was huge and incredibly well equipped for making food. There was a short walk to restaurants and bars. Fantastic place would definitely like to return!! Thank you so much for an awesome stay.

The house was stunning and Francesca was amazing to communicate with. When it come to buses to arrive and leave or even where to rent a scooter or eat for dinner. She was always there to help with any questions. The house was very clean and well presented with amazing views

The location is pristine! Absolutely beautiful, modern and clean while great character and design. We would stay there again! Martina was great, communicative and provided snacks at the hotel for us. She even remembered we were going on our anniversary and got us some limoncello. So sweet of her!

Wow what a place! We stayed here for the last few days of our honeymoon and have never experienced such amazing views, the photos do not do it justice and there is so much space on the terrace. The apartment has everything you need and was very clean and tidy. Benedetta was so helpful with check in, recommendations, helping us with the bus and with check out. She even left us some very thoughtful gifts for our honeymoon! There’s some shops and very nice restaurants just 5 minute walk away so you have everything you need. 100% recommend booking here.

If you love spectacular views you’ll love this place. Check in was great- Giulio was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and beautiful historic finishings. There are a lot of stairs to get to the front door but worth it for the sweeping views of Positano. Loved our stay.

We had the best time in Praiano and this was the perfect place to stay. Francesco was a great help and a super kind host. We are definitely going back!

We loved staying at Valeria's place. We especially loved being up on the hill for the breezes and the views of Positano across the coast line. Valeria was a wonderful host helping us with local suggestions and travel in and out of Praiano. Praiano itself was a lovely town, quieter and fewer people compared to busy Positano or Amalfi. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful spacious house with 2 terraces overlooking the sea. Very warm welcome by Beniamino and Angela. Extensive tour of the house with an explanation of how everything works. Information and leaflets on what to do in the area with tips. By Angela bottle of wine and bottle of water put cold in the fridge and local cheese and tomatoes on the table. Over the course of the week, culinary touches from Angela such as cake and homemade limoncello. If you have any questions, we were able to text Beniamino, who responded quickly. We are very spoiled.

Amazing stay in Praiano! Such an incredible view from the patios, it is hard to leave. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. We were able to walk 12 minutes to the harbor to get on our Amalfi coast boat tour. Lovely home with tons of space. Especially appreciated the parking recommendation. Would come back again! Thank you.

Looks just like the pictures and the surrounding beauty is even prettier in person! You need to be able to do a lot of steps, for this kind of vacation in general. Our host was so helpful and picked us up in Minori (just below). They stayed in contact our entire stay. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The view of the coast and Positano is indescribable. The balcony is massive! The home has everything you need for comfort, to include linens, toiletries, kitchen items, etc. The home is steps away from Mirante (cliffside bar) and alternate restaurants and shops. The hosts take great care of their guests from booking, to arrival and departure. We LOVED our stay!

The unit offers breathtaking panoramic views. Simona & Alessio are great! We drove in from Rome and they saved a car space for us and helped us with our luggage. They are great communicators. Provided all the extras to make the stay comfortable. They provided Champaign on check in, vegetable's at our door and a cute bottle of lemon cello upon our last day. BE AWARE: In the description it says 200 steps. If you are from the US and other areas its better described as stairs, not steps. The stairs are 200 to the bus stop and another 50 to the two restaurants. And then a steep 200 or 250 back up to the unit. I would say on a given day we did between 1000 and 1500 stairs to and from the unit. I only put this in because there is a difference in steps and stairs and if you have knee or physical issues this may not be the unit for you.

Great apartment in the heart of Praiano. Lydia was very welcoming and gracious. She stayed in close communication as we neared Praiano and met us as the apartment. It is cute and comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants and beaches. She was gracious enough to let us check out late. Highly recommend.
