Holiday rentals with a patio in Praia Pero

We loved the accommodation, we felt at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the fridge and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfortable. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including stools to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls, about 10 minutes by car. I found it great value for money.

Our stay at André's apartment was spectacular. From the first moment, their predisposition and kindness made a difference. He was always attentive to every query or need that arose, which made us feel very welcome and cared for throughout the stay. Undoubtedly the best thing was the location: really unbeatable, close to everything we needed and with easy access to the main points of interest. The apartment is as shown in the pictures, comfortable, clean and well equipped for a pleasant stay. We 100% recommend staying at this place, and would definitely come back on an upcoming visit. Nice spacious apartment the view alone is stellar close enough to walk into center but Ubers work just fine as well. Zero complaints. Allowed later checkout on a rainy day was nice of host

The apartment is super cozy, impeccably clean, we felt at home. Leonardo was very proactive, he responded to everything quickly. My family and I enjoyed the lagoon and pool, a wonderful and very quiet place to rest.

We spent a weekend with the family and we simply loved the house! Super spacious, well cared for, just like in the photos. Everything was very clean, organized and with a complete structure that perfectly met our needs, with a lot of comfort. The highlight was the location, which was one of the reasons for choosing it and really made all the difference: close to the beach, the market, the bakery and a gastronomic centre full of varied options. The host was awesome! She welcomed us with great affection, left us super kind treats and gave us all the information clearly and attentively. It was a brief but welcoming stay. Absolutely, we want to go back!

The accommodation is just as described or better. The hostess greeted us when we arrived and immediately responded to all messages. The place is a very nice gated condominium, very well organized and safe. It's close to Dunas do Pero beach, for me the best in Cabo Frio. The house's facilities are all in perfect condition and well-equipped. The best thing is the heated pool. I would definitely go back to Cabo Frio. I wouldn't look for another place to stay. I would go straight back to Simone and Fernando's house

Quiet place. Exactly as in the photos. All very new, I missed one thing or another in the kitchen, but nothing that hindered the stay.

Lydia's house is a spectacle! Wonderful place, quiet and with a surreal view. The house was impeccable and had countless kitchen utensils at our disposal. The rooms are very pleasant and comfortable, the pool gets a lot of sun, and at night the lights in the tree make all the difference, a total charm. Lydia is an excellent host and we will definitely be back more often!

I had been in this condominium for years, but first time in this apartment and it was a great experience. Just to thank you for your attention, not only in communications, but also in the organization and cleaning. They were wonderful days! I highly recommend it! Very cozy house! Everything is very clean and well cared for, you can see that the house is well cared for. There is a beach at the end of the street that is practically private, the place is very quiet, there is a town nearby (Monte Alto) where there are markets, a bakery, shops, to buy everything you need. Great experience! I highly recommend it, and I can't wait to visit again.

We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

I just visited on fds and I'm delighted! The place is simply beautiful, with a surreal landscape that seems taken from a movie. Every detail was thought in very good taste, and the energy of the environment is wonderful. A true refuge, for those we imagine ourselves to live for many years. Simply passionate! Our holiday was excellent, the house is wonderful. We were in a group of family and friends (07 adults and 4 children), and we were delighted with the house. It is in a condominium near Dunas de Peró beach, super, quiet and quiet, the children played on the street quietly. The villa is all equipped with kitchen items, bedding, bath, airy, clean, organized, large and tasteful. There's TV, Netflix, barbecue front pool. The rooms have air conditioning and great showers. One suite is on the ground floor and another on the second floor. E has two bedrooms that share one bathroom. In the garage there are 4 cars but on the street you can park without problems. Silvio and Priscila are super helpful, they respond quickly and made several nominations and removed all our doubts. We were appointed a wonderful person to cook and keep the house clean (Thalita), a hyper well kitchen, as well as being friendly and discreet. It was a sensational Easter, super recommend and I hope to return.

I loved the roof, everything was clean and organized , excellent location , right in front of the beach, the condominium is a luxury, with swimming pool , game room and without bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra , from the first moment I thought of renting, removed all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had more doubts, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational , only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

Paula, the host, was extremely welcoming, explained everything to us and showed us the place, which is wonderful. I loved meeting her, I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it. The apartment is very well-equipped and well-located, close to supermarkets and restaurants, less than 10 minutes from Praia do Forte by car. I'll be back for sure.

Dani's mother? What a wonderful lady! Mr. Mauro, who welcomed us, is humility in person — super gentle. Studio: exactly as in the pictures. The cozy, stress-free place has everything you need. Easy access and total peace! Location: Great! Near the center, supermarket, bakery… you can do everything on foot. And the beach is just 100 meters away. hosts serve you very well people, very good and attentive people, gave all the information and guidance we need, the house is perfect with beach view, very clean and everything organized,the place has great security comfort and tranquility, there is nothing to complain about, the condominium is in a strategic place for those who want to know the beaches Peró Cabo cold and conches by car or Uber is not far away, I intend to rebook here again.
