We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. A house with stunning views within Pontal do Atalaia, a prime area of Arraial do Cabo and away from the hustle and bustle of the center. Suite with air-conditioning, living room with excellent sofa bed, full kitchen, terrace with whirlpool and barbecue, and with a view of the sea of Arraial do Cabo. The entire house overlooks the sea. We are 2.5 km from Prainhas do Pontal do Atalaia. The condominium is still under construction and has some nearby construction, but nothing to disrupt your stay.
