Beautiful apartment in a gated community. My time in the apartment was amazing would definitely come back if I am in Madeira again. Everything in apartment was clean & classy.

Very nice, comfortable and modern apartment with amazing view on the Ocean and big swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym! Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

We had the pleasure of staying roughly a week in the apartment this past week. The apartment building itself is on the older side, but the location is wonderful. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool or the beach due to the colder April temperatures, but the views over the ocean at sunset were fantastic. The apartment itself is large and spacious, plenty of room for a group of 4-6. We had to keep the balcony doors open throughout the day and night to adequately ventilate the space as there are no windows to open otherwise. There are a couple of things I wish the apartment would have such as additional lamps in the common room for more comfortable lighting, in addition to paper towels and pods for the coffee machine. One of the showers does not drain very well and caused a little flooding in the bathroom - this was communicated to the host and she was attentive, but I’m not sure if the problem has been fixed yet. We had a group of 4 and were able to use the third bathroom to shower.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment, our host Iri was incredibly welcoming and flexible around our check in and departure. The apartment itself is exactly like the pictures, with a lovely view of the sea from the living room balcony, and all the amenities so it really felt like a home away from home. We used it as a base to explore both Funchal as well as hikes all over the island and it was the perfect location for us. We'll definitely be back to stay again!
