Everything is fine with the stay, the property is as advertised. Good location, quiet place, options for Bars and Restaurant nearby. Host always communicative and with clear information. I recommend it to everyone.

We stayed 2 nights and they were great for relaxing. Tetè was always very friendly, as was Dino. We will definitely be back in Buzios to stay at the same place.

The place is beautiful, the view to the marina is really beautiful. The apartment is very well equipped and Victor always responded in a very good way and predisposed to help us. We gave good use of the facilities, the Gim is very complete, there are drinking water vending machines throughout the complex and the Wifi works very well even in the outdoor areas such as the pool and gymnasium. The place is full of places to relax and very good armchairs to sit and read and enjoy the peace of the complex. while it is far away from the center of Buzios, no problem getting around by Uber or car, you arrive in 20'min anywhere.

The house is exactly like the advertised, we feel at home, the space is very local face, ideal for those who want to stay in touch with nature. We love the stay and the friendliness of the host Thanks for the coffee, it made all the difference. We will return more often for sure.

I really liked the house, it is spacious and comfortable, well distributed rooms, the pool is beautiful and has a beautiful view. The house is a few minutes by car from Praia das Dunas do Peró, which is a quieter beach for those who want to avoid the holiday muvuca. Points of Improvement: Some beds were very hard and others very soft, making sleep uncomfortable. The showers do not warm well, it is very difficult to season the water and reach a pleasant temperature.

We loved the accommodation, we felt at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the fridge and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfortable. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including stools to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls, about 10 minutes by car. I found it great value for money.

We love the loft, very clean and organized hotel comfort, great staff, with an apartment hotel price. Very comfortable, great bedding, good kitchen utensils, also good. It was worth every day and with a great price.

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

Excellent property, we will definitely book it again to come back other times. The ad is real, the property actually has all the features of the ad. The location is great on the central avenue of Praia do Forte, with many shops nearby, and plenty of options for all tastes and budgets. The extremely flexible check-in and check-out, which for us who are from BH and came by bus and the schedules are peculiar, it was a great help to have these flexibilities. The hosts are very attentive and the communication is excellent. They answered all my questions before, during and after the stay. In short, I highly recommend this property.

Luis answered all my questions. She was flexible the hs of checking. The dpto is very central, around the bus stop, close to canal restaurants, 7’ to beach. The income is with key, which is very safe. The dpto is like new, the bed mattress and very comfortable pillows, the large wipes. He greeted us with water in the fridge, and a courtesy drum. I recommend it!!

We spent great days as a family. The house is extremely pleasant, very ventilated, foot in the sand, as well as being beautiful. We've been taken care of in everything we need. The beach is very quiet, great for those who like a good walk, with warm sea water. we love the stay!

The house is just wonderful! The maintenance is impeccable, the location and view are amazing. The kitchen is super well equipped, making the stay even more comfortable. We liked it so much that we decided to extend our trip. We took a boat trip in Arraial, and it was just amazing! On other days, we chose to make the most of the house and the condominium's private lagoon. The house is so cozy that we preferred to spend most of the time relaxing by the pool, barbecuing and enjoying the tranquility. The condominium also has a bakery and restaurant/pizzeria, providing more convenience. Franco is an exceptional host, always attentive, available and very kind. He gave us great tips about the area, making our experience even more special. We can't wait to go back!

I will try to summarize here what my stay was, as there will be few words to describe Ana Paula's hospitality. Cozy room with smartv and the best wifi I've ever had in any bed and breakfast I've ever been to. Super clean kitchen with everything to make us feel in our own house. The location is practically on the edge of the São João River, on the corner of Andrade Silva street, which has several houses listed by the historical heritage, and is possibly the street with the best restaurants in the city. I definitely recommend it to everyone.
