The house is isolated from the city, as if it were a farmhouse, surrounded by the sea and very close to two of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Praia do Farol and Prainhas. Ten minutes by car by a mud road, they separate the house from downtown. This is a special place because it took me six years to get permission to build there. It's the further east to the ocean to Patagonia. The pool is spectacular (only on the property - shared by just 2 chalets). Our hosting is SMART, with Alexa connection and connected TV with main streams. Surrounded by preserved forest, you will experience days of great tranquillity, relaxing in the hammock, by the pool or on the sofa. And the Maldives super breakfast can be served in the room or pool (contracted separately).

The house is all fenced in, allowing tranquility for those with pets or children. We have a beautiful ornamental lake, with some fish, we leave food for the children to be able to feed them and this ends up being fun! The house has 3 bedrooms (2 en-suites), all with air-conditioning😀
