The arrival at Geisa's home is already amazing! Coqueiros will greet you along the way. The place is amazing, with distinctive architecture, simple decoration, but with very good taste. A great garden...Anyway... Very cozy! From the house to the beach are about 3 minutes walking in the middle of nature. Pablo, Geisa's son, lives on the land and was super kind and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Communication with Carlos was a differential: always helpful and responded hyper-fastly and always showed to be very serious and ready to meet all the demands. The check-in was only completed at 3 p.m., because when we arrived (2:30 pm) the cleaning was being completed, but that's fine. There were some maintenance exchanges that were resolved within 24 hours due to local labor. According to the host, more detailed maintenance is already scheduled and the next guests will be able to rate it better. In conclusion, it was worth it. Thank you.

The house is excellent and well located in front of Japaratinga beach, one of the most beautiful in the region! It was difficult to get into the garage, as locals do not respect the signs preventing access. However, the host instructed us to park behind the residence. Luanda's house is amazing! My husband and I had great days there, the house is quite large, more ideal even for more guests, but we fell in love with the view in the photos and I can say that it was very worthwhile to have chosen it. The proximity to the beach is also a highlight! Tatuamunha beach in my opinion is the best and most beautiful on the ecological route (if you like quiet beaches with little movement this is the place) I hope to have the chance to return and if so, I would certainly choose Luanda's property again!

The apartment is very well equipped, it has everything in the drawers and cupboards, from cleaning items to cooking and table setting items. Everything very clean and neat. It is well located, access is very simple. It is not necessary to take any dirt roads and it is on the main road. Even on the main road, it's very quiet. The condominium is really nice: it has a swimming pool, garage and a simple gym, as well as outdoor tables and chairs for meals and snacks in an open space, if necessary. Despite having a pool in the condominium, it is very quiet and you cannot hear the children playing in the pool when you are inside the studio. Japaratinga is really cool! With quiet beaches all year round, calm waters even at high tide. There are good restaurant options nearby. I recommend PizzaMia for dinner! Check-in and checkout were very easy to do, and the photos in the listing match what we saw.

A beautiful home within a property with 3 other similar houses. Very nice visa to the sea, the park and the beach. The house is very comfortable, open, in contact with nature. The area is very quiet and safe. It's best to be in your own vehicle. Antonello was very nice when we reached out and all the people who attended us during our stay were super friendly and attentive: Jeni and the rest of the cleaning girls and Riquísima la comida de Dudú! We felt so comfortable. We even had a very rainy day and the house was super comfortable to spend the day. Thank you for everything and we look forward to coming back soon.

Catia is the best possible host. She is very attentive, though of all the details, waited for us for a late arrival due to flight delay with a meal, responded immediately every time we needed to communicate with her, and provided very helpful info about what to do and where to find things. The place was very well kept and the fact that they changed sheets and towels and cleaned the bathrooms every four days was a plus. In sum, all the highest marks for Catia and her flat. The only problem is that the city of São Miguel dos Milagres, which is beautiful, does not have the infrastructure to deal with the amount of people who arrive there in the summer. Trash accumulates in the streets, supermarkets run out of merchandise, restaurants run out of supplies, and there are shortages of water and electricity. I can see that this will only get worse with the amount of new construction by the beaches.

The house is great, super ventilated, large, extremely clean rooms, good new beds and air conditioning and the super-equipped kitchen. The well-kept garden and the house is all fenced, excellent for dogs. The beach in front of the house is beautiful and great for bathing, has natural pools near the house (10 mins walk). The neighborhood is super quiet, quiet, great to rest. The owners are very attentive and were super helpful. A diarista Fátima is a dear, kitchen very well and helped us with the maintenance of the cleaning during our stay. Ctz will return was a great time.
