Muy bonito chalet, great communication and good location.

The house is excellent, spacious, well-equipped. We use the barbecue, the pizza oven, the pool, the slide and the sauna. Everything worked perfectly (the Spoletto-style pizza night - each one assembles their own - was a success!). Note: there is no firewood available, you need to bring it. All rooms have a bathroom and air conditioning, which brings a lot of comfort to all guests. In addition to the bathrooms in the rooms, there is a social toilet and an external bathroom. Many pots, platters, utensils in general. Very complete house. Junior, the caretaker, was super attentive. The house is one block from the beach, an excellent location. There is a bakery and pharmacy nearby, within walking distance. Wifi worked well. The house comfortably accommodates 15 people, so we were able to bring together my family and my husband's family. It was 3 days of great fun! We love the accommodation and will certainly be back! The only thing we missed, but that did not compromise the accommodation, was a full-length mirror.

Everything worked out well in our stay. We needed a location closer to the event we were working on and Adriana collaborated 100% with our needs.

Nice home me and my husband enjoyed our stay, our host Jeanne is very friendly and responsive , shared a lot of great nearby markets and access to uber. Easy and quick access to vidigal beach, we enjoyed this beach the most it’s quieter and away from the busy beaches. We would definitely return to stay at this gem 💟

During the carnival, my family and I had a wonderful stay in a welcoming and well-equipped home, perfect for those traveling with small children. The house offered everything we needed: cradle, bathtub and a playground that delighted our baby, as well as a pool that provided fun for our eldest daughter. The proximity to shopping malls, with special children's programming, was a fantastic differential. Hosts were extremely kind and helpful, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend to those seeking rest and family comfort.

Our stay was great, Monica was very requested from the first moment. We were surprised by a complimentary cake at checkin, a gesture of much kindness and affection from the hostess. The apartment is well clean, with a well integrated living room and kitchen, clean and well equipped. The rooms and bathtub are good. We had a great weekend in space!

We had a great experience! We went to a show and spent a good part of the days out, so the apartment suited us perfectly. All very organized and clean. Good location, it is in front of a shopping mall and a few minutes' drive from Posto 12. Lídia was an exceptional host, very helpful, attentive and with incredible communication. We recommend it and would come back!

Excellent location, great place! Close to the beach, we could get there on foot. The condo is near restaurants, markets, bakeries, bars, and is within a short walking distance. There are two city parks nearby, "Parque Natural Municipal Chico Mendes" and "Parque Natural Municipal de Marapendi"; those who like to get in touch with nature will love these places. Lideniro is a wonderful host, easily accessible at any time; his response time is very low. We used to communicate by cellphone.

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

We went to my daughter's wedding in Rio, and it was the best place we could have found... Adriana, the owner, is very friendly and welcoming... made us feel at ease. And the apartment was ideal, it was perfect, the location wonderful, the neighborhood, a beautiful view of the Sugarloaf, in front, close, and a good space for our dog, who by the way loved it... and when opening the door a delicious smell of everything tidy and clean, in the details. We love it, and we'll be back...!

The hotel is a very cozy, clean and quiet place. I always come to this hotel because of that. Just a tip, ask before if the leisure spaces are working, so it doesn't happen the same way it happened to me, that I was only informed after the purchase.

Very good stay. Great location, close to everything. Regarding the building's parking, we were able to find spots every day without any problems. The apartment is faithful to the photos in the listing, and Renan is always very helpful!
