Excellent place, very nice apartment, safe for our son due to the bars on the windows. Very organized!! Condominium with everything you need, super clean! Close to everything, beach in front, market behind !! Perfect for those who want a place to have fun and rest!! For those with children, it's more than perfect !! I highly recommend it and we'll be back.

Thiago was a great host, facilitated our check-in and checkout, responded to everything very quickly. The house has the best location. Sleeping to the sound of the sea is wonderful.

Triplex with exceptional view, deck to the sea, 4 suites that guarantee individuality in addition to all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay. The property needs a little affection, as it has metal parts corroded by rust and sea. Furniture with woods damaged by humidity, there is a lack of finishes of the lamps, etc... but some burnt lamps. As it is facing the sea, the constant breeze and ceiling fans meet well and compensate for the lack of air conditioning. It also has private access to the sea and swimming pool that guarantee pleasant days of rest. ahh We were received by Tânia and her husband (caregivers of the environment) extremely gentle and with prompt assistance to solve any questions or complications. I will return in due course.

We really like the apartment and the location. It is very close to the beach, there is a supermarket and grassland very close by.

Adryana and her husband were very kind and left us at will , well located, very clean, great condominium with many activities , close to Pq Beto Carrero +- 20mim, but if you just want to enjoy the beach or the condominium is already in place.

We had a wonderful experience in this apartment! Everything was pristinely clean and very well organized since our arrival. The swimming pool is beautiful and super well taken care of, perfect for relaxing looking at the sea view. Bed linen and towels provided were of excellent quality, soft and smelling, which made all the difference in our stay. In addition, the apartment is very well equipped, beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, with all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare our meals in comfort. My family and I love and we will definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay!

We had a great weekend hosted in Rafael's apartment. The apto is as described in the listing and photos. Everything you need for a good stay has in the apartment. The condominium is wide, it is by the sea. Piscinas (adults and children), children's playground, a quiet and safe place for families. I would recommend and would return at another opportunity.

The house is great! Well complete, modern, super close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The backyard is huge and the rooms were super clean. I went with my family (we were 8 people) and everyone loved it.. we enjoyed it a lot. The kitchen had everything we needed. About the jacuzzi, he warned that it would be dismantled, but before the trip I commented that I wanted to use it a lot and he got it done, he was super attentive and ordered to ride. Always responded quickly and was very flexible at the checkout as well. I'm sure back.

Great view of the house, very close to a super busy beach on the weekend. Everything was perfect. Fábia was very kind and allowed us to check in early and check out late. The affection we were greeted with a treat in the house also pleased us very much. We'll be back for sure.

Excellent option for those seeking tranquility and great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, it makes us feel at home. It has a good barbecue with equipment. The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.
