Our stay in Capão da Canoa was excellent! We were looking for a quiet place to really rest, and Ramon's apartment met our needs. The location is great, we did everything on foot, the listing corresponds exactly to the photos. Ramon was always attentive and helpful, which made all the difference. The condominium is very clean and organized, and the caretaker deserves to be highlighted, super kind and available. We were very pleased and recommend the apartment for those who want to relax in comfort and practicality. We'll definitely be back. Thank you, Ramon!

The view is great, 12th and sea view, better than the photos, our cats tb loved, explored every corner !!! the ap is functional mto, large rooms, entrance of the balcony by the kitchen and the living room, independent, q allows various environments. I loved the stay. The house is very nice and cozy. The courtyard is huge, my son loved it. We were made to feel very welcome. The only drawback, it doesn't depend on the host to solve, are the nearby dogs that literally bark 24hs non-stop. Tirando this all perfect.

Great stay! Nice place, the street is very quiet, close to the beach and center. Smell bedding. Space equal to photos, with all the amenities announced even has three bathrooms. Carina is extremely beloved from the start and flexible. We definitely recommend!

The location is very good, it is one block away from the beach, close to bars, restaurants, pharmacy and markets, quiet area to leave one of the cars on the street, the barbecue is very good, bakes fast and does not return to smoke, as well as the brewery that makes a lot of difference, it is an item that stands out for those who like it.
