An amazing place, booked in the middle of nature, private, close to places to visit and spend the day well and very well taken care of in every respect. We are located on the ap 03, super well equipped, clean and organized. Valmi was always super helpful and our stay was quiet and without any unforeseen events. It was really awesome!

Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is as shown in the pictures, ideal for relaxing and refreshing. In addition, the location is very convenient, just four blocks from the beach, which allows you to walk without any problem. I was with my family for 4 days. We feel very good, very comfortable environments, with tv and air-conditioning in all the rooms. The children loved playing in the jacuzzi. Tranquil neighborhood, local conveys security. Surroundings with many options of bakeries, restaurants and ice cream shops. The host is note 10, super attentive.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Fabiano's place. It is a very modern, family-friendly, safe condominium with countless amenities and advantages for families with children (swimming pool, soccer field, basketball, ping pong, bicycles, etc.). The quiet hours are respected, guaranteeing a deep rest. It is located in an area away from the large concentrations of tourists, Morro das Pedras, and 15 minutes from the airport. The house has everything you need and even more to enjoy a stay as if you were at home. The photos do not reflect how nice and spacious the place is. Excellent internet as well as TV. A special mention to Fabiano's attention, who was very flexible, helpful and very friendly at all times during our stay, which went smoothly! This is the second time we've stayed. Both the apartment and the complex are very nice. Leila's apartment has everything and more. The view is beautiful. Everything new and clean. The restaurant staff and food are great. Just like the boys in the chairs and umbrellas. The porter staff, very unfriendly, treats you very badly. Luckily it is only to be seen when entering. We will definitely be back!

We really appreciated the thorough check-in guide and local recommendation guide on the listing profile. The apartment is in a great area with a beautiful private beach behind it. We spent all our time doing outdoor activities across the island, so it was a great central location to return back to. We also appreciated the apartment having a few spare beach towels to use!

Great location in a secure and maintained residence. Direct access to surfers' beach is a plus as well as the pool. You can park the car at the foot of the apartment, which is very convenient. We also have access to beach gear (chairs, bodyboard boards). The bedding is excellent and it is very quiet for sleeping.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Everything there for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very good; the washing machine had broken down previously and they organsied to have our clothing washed by an external laundry 👍 Location is very good, close to the beach, cafés, restaurantes and bakeries.
