The house is great, it accommodates the 6 people very well. There are rules for the use of the pool, but everything is very quiet and well explained. The place is excellent, with great location. We fell in love! Mr. Armando is super friendly, kind and hospitable. PERFECT location!! Close to EVERYTHING, and when we say everything, we mean everything. Pharmacy, market, Mucugugê street, the famous church of Nossa Senhora da Ajuda and the departure of the vans that circulate through the city and go to Trancoso. Super safe location. The house is also super cozy, we felt right at home. We're leaving, already thinking about the return ♥️

Johnny's apartment is great, well furnished, in a quiet condominium close to the beach. We stayed 7 days in the ap, which served us perfectly. There was an unexpected event with a faucet, but quickly Johnny settled with the condominium staff. He has always been requested and responds quickly to msgs. It was my first time with my family visiting the beach, and I couldn't have made a better choice. The house is beautiful, cozy and very well maintained, as well as being close to the beach. Perfect for rest days and leisure time in the warm and quiet pool. The owner, Mario, and all his staff were extremely attentive, caring and always available to help with whatever was needed. The feeling that remains is one of welcome and affection in every detail. I sum up this stay in one word: love. We're already in the mood to come back!

Our stay was AMAZING!! I traveled with my family and everyone without exception said they imagined themselves living in that house, because it was so cozy and welcoming, that we felt at home! The house is spacious, all decorated in yellow tones that is the charm apart, house all equipped with utensils, including with glasses! but it has to take the main supplies, air-conditioning in every room, heated pool is cleaned every day, the place is extremely safe and quiet. I confess that before we traveled, my wife and I thought a lot about where to stay, both with regard to the options of stay and places (we were between Porto Seguro, Santa Cruz and Arraial). After the trip, we felt we could not have made a better choice than hosting in Arraial and with the Host Ilma. The chalet we are staying at is beautiful and extremely comfortable, close to the sights of Arraial, drugstores, supermarkets, restaurants, all within a short walk. Arraial d'Ajuda is charming, and for sure the lodging in this chalet collaborated with this impression we had.

Perfect location for those looking for tranquility and privacy. The house is very cozy, complete. In the vicinity there is a supermarket and pharmacy. Ideal location for those with available car. We were very welcome and whenever necessary the communication was quick. Ibis gave super cool tips to take advantage of the city.

Our stay was excellent. The location of the house is great, it has concierge and security. The environs and interior of the house were clean. The house is very spacious and equipped. Da to reach the beach by foot and the exit by car or by app is super quiet. The host answered all questions with agility and education. I recommend it!

Location is the same as in the photos. It has a swimming pool, TV in the living rooms and bedrooms, bathrooms in good condition and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator and cutlery, as well as a laundry area. The house accommodates five people, which was my case, and I believe a few more if needed. The only point that left something to be desired for me was the cell phone signal that did not work inside the house and the internet signal that is good only in the living room, other than that it was perfect. If a router were installed inside the house to repeat the signal, I believe it would solve it.
