We stay from Friday to Monday. We found an extremely clean, organized, beautiful place, great location (for those who want peace and quiet). Far from the centre, but 20 minutes away by car (low season). Fernanda lives up to the name “hostess”: super helpful, always attended to us promptly, a great guide to Ubatuba, recommended tours and restaurants. The Ribeira Mar mall is small but complete, it is less than 5 minutes' walk and has great restaurants and the view from the pier is sensational. There's a really nice little market too! We will definitely be back!

The atmosphere is super cozy, I was greeted with the utmost attention! The location is very accessible and quiet, I have nothing to question, just to congratulate you on the reception and the coziness that the house provided us!

Super recommend the space! The photos exactly match the location. The host also responded quickly. The place is extremely well-preserved, everything is clean, new. The few problems we had were quickly solved by Marta, the responsible person who lives near the place. She also responded to us quickly, very helpful! The neighbourhood is in a port area, there's not much to do in itself. However, it is very quiet, surrounded by trails and beautiful beaches, very close. Anyway, you can rent without fear, you won't regret it!

Our stay at Carlos' house was excellent! The house is beautiful, with a decor full of personality and life, which conveys the cozy feeling of being at home. It is super comfortable, equipped with all the necessary utensils for a quiet stay. The surroundings are surrounded by nature, very quiet and located in a safe neighborhood. There is a grocery store on the corner, which makes everyday life much easier, and the beach is only a 5-minute walk away. In addition, both Carlos and Leandro were extremely helpful and responded super fast whenever we needed. Check-in and check-out were very flexible, which made our arrival and departure much easier. It was an amazing experience and we certainly want to go back!

I'm my family. Total of 8 people and a dog we spent an amazing weekend at Lucas' house. The well-equipped house was not missing anything for us to eat. Clean bathrooms, working showers, hot water in the kitchen sink, lawn in the middle of the house, working air-conditioning and there is no smell of mold in the bedrooms. We hope to come back more often. Lucas always very polite and kind 🙏 we are grateful to share a space like this that we have a good time

Loved staying at Luciana’s beautiful condo in Ubatuba! It has all the creature comforts of home, super central location to plenty of restaurants, shops and beaches. Grateful Luciana was able to loan us some bath towels are they are not included originally. As a host Luciana is gracious and very helpful! If you’re looking for a charming, peaceful retreat look no further!

Simply incredible, nothing like waking up in front of this blue Marzão, and sleeping with noises from the waves. The condominium has a private beach, the house has everything you need, simple structure, but very cozy. Would definitely recommend 🧡
