The house is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, has an indoor kitchen and an outdoor kitchen on the barbecue veranda, air conditioning in the bedrooms, a pool table, parking for up to 5 small cars, a simple, super quiet place, 2.5 km from the beach, 5/10 minutes by car to Praia Dura, Lázaro, Sununga and Domingas Dias beaches. The house is located in a neighborhood, not in a gated community, but a super quiet place. I live next door and will be available. Please respect the quiet hours after 10 PM.
