I had a great experience! From the beginning, we had clear and respectful communication. It was my first time using Airbnb, and it couldn't have been better. I was very well instructed, and the apartment is faithful to the photos. When we arrived, it was impeccable and smelled clean — we were surprised by every detail! The pools are perfect, well maintained and clean. During the days I stayed, there were few people in the place, and those who were there were always very polite. The apartment is very well located, close to the centre. The city is beautiful, with great places to visit, as well as being quiet and safe for walking at night or along the beachfront. The region is also close to several beautiful beaches and has many establishments for incredible tours. Anyway, my family and I loved the place and highly recommend it! For sure, we'll be back at a next chance!

Very close to the beach which made it easy to enjoy until the last minute. Surely I would be staying in the place again.

This place was great for my family and I, we loved the proximity to the beach and the area. Alessandra was extremely responsive, and any time we had questions, she was very quick to respond. I would recommend staying here!

The location of the house is excellent, facing the sea. The house is impeccable cleaning with furniture and well-maintained utensils, has a very beautiful lawn and excellent care for children to play. The lady who takes care of the house is very attentive and requests, and André (owner) gives up a lot of attention and speed in answering questions, and is always worried that everything will go in the best way. The only observation is a bar next to it and order a little until 2, 3 o'clock in the morning, at the most it's all very nice.

Refuge is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you normally only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, the bedrooms, the whole surroundings. I hope to return soon.

The apartment in Itamambuca is simply fantastic and I can recommend it with all my heart. The garden is very nice and there are many birds and also other animals such as opposition, etc. The way to the beach is very close and the equipment of the apartment is brilliant. I'm sure I'll be back.

We had unforgettable moments here, the house is exactly as shown in the listing and I confess that when we arrived we were even more delighted, because the house has that real homey feeling, you know? But the best surprise is when you get to the back of the house and open the huge wooden sliding doors and you're faced with a breathtaking view, including sleeping and waking up to the sound of the sea is amazing, it's more like an extension of the backyard of the house, which is also beautiful and has plenty of space to enjoy with the family. We went with the maximum capacity and the house served us perfectly, the kitchen is super well equipped with utensils that never end kkk, including some dishes with that super charming grandma face as well as the whole house. Just a note for pet owners, the condominium prohibits entry to the beach, but on the other side of Lázaro beach, to the left outside the condominium area, you can enter with your pet. Having seen this, we definitely intend to return, we love it so much!

We loved our stay in the condo! The house is super spacious, very bright and well-equipped. The condominium is very beautiful and close to the beach. We were very well received and treated by Thiago, the person responsible for taking care of the place. In addition, Dalva, extremely helpful, was always on hand for any questions we had, making our arrival and stay peaceful! We definitely plan to return on our next visit to Ubatuba.

Cristiano super kind and request. Super easy to talk to and always on the phone. I had a health problem and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)
