Monthly Rentals in Praia do Guincho

This truly is a hilltop gem. Modern yet, homely place in a secluded setting with breathtaking, extensive views of the mountains and coast. Our daughter moved picking fresh salad and herbs from the vegetable garden and the place is beautifully compact with great WiFi. Cascais centre is 10 minutes drive and our favourite restaurant is 5 mins away (5 sentidos). Sandy beach is walking distance or a short drive. Petter was very accommodating. Allowed a later checkout and fully understanding of our very exceptional circumstances. He went out of his way to make our stay perfect. Muito obrigado!

Teresa is a woman of gold! She accompanied us to the grocery store while taking us a short guided tour of Cascais! Very welcoming, kind, generous with his time!!❤️ if we return to Cascais, we will return to Teresa's place without any doubt!

The house is a little paradise surrounded by a beautiful garden. On the terrace you can hear the ocean and the sound of the wind in the trees. The location is exceptional, you feel quiet and Guincho beach is just a 10-minute walk away. Paula was very helpful and welcoming when we arrived.

Absolutely fantastic experience! We've spent 3 days on the location with family and had a small birthday party with friends. Beautiful view, very private location, Joao is great and helpful host!
