Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia do Francês

The location is great. The view is amazing. Good mattress, good shower and cozy feeling. We did not use all the appliances - only the microwave, fridge and the AC. They worked with no issues. When we checked out we were pleased to meet Janet who was at the lobby. She was very sweet. Communication before and during the stay was great.

We loved the stay! The atmosphere is beautiful and corresponds exactly to the photos, as well as being very quiet thanks to the great sound insulation. Everything was excellent — the only suggestion would be to have a full-length mirror in the room, which would make all the difference. No mais, tudo perfect!

Our stay was great! The host was super understanding and flexible on our arrival. The photos match the location perfectly. Regarding the noises we saw in other reviews, they did not bother us, only sirens at specific times, nothing that would disturb us.

The flat is very beautiful, with sea view and automatic shutters. Good TV, bed and very good bedding. The host was very helpful and everything was excellent. We will definitely return.

We had an excellent stay! The apartment is equipped to meet the needs of tourists going to the beach. We had access to beach towels, chairs and a cooler. This courtesy made us very happy. The modular furniture is new and well planned in the space. We will certainly be back. Sara was attentive to us and met all our needs.

What a wonderful space! Beautiful, safe and well-equipped house. There are 03 houses, we stay at house B. The private pool is really a strong point of the house. We received the house with impeccable cleanliness. Spacious room, Gourmet area with barbecue, air-conditioned rooms and in the main suite, a jacuzzi. The kitchen is complete with everything needed to make alignments. Adolfo was very helpful and provided us with all the necessary information. I highly recommend it!

An excellent house in a very good Condominium between Marechal Deodoro that gives access to Praia do Francês and Maceió... very kind, attentive couple... anyway, my family and I were there now in early January/ 2025 and it certainly left a taste of wanting more!!

In the feelings at home, the place is safe, comfortable, it is close to the main beaches, I went by car to the gunga, to the green tip and the bag beach and still dwu to enjoy the French beach and the pool of the place is very good, the only complaint is that I could not stay anymore, I found that the energy paid out was a fair value. I hope to return soon.

We travelled in 8 people and a puppy, it was a very quiet stay, the house super comfortable, all rooms with air conditioning working well, very good house, I highly recommend the hostess Ivete! 👏🏻

I spent the weekend with the family, and we love it. We intended to return. The house was well equipped, very comfortable and clean. Our stay was amazing. My nephews didn't want to go home, they asked to spend more days, only that for me already speaks a lot.

I stayed at Alexandre's apartment on April 13 and 18. On both occasions, everything was clean and organized and everything went well. Check in was fast, the location is great and the apartment is very comfortable. I recommend.

The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

Excellent place, organized environment, surroundings with good buildings and commercial establishments, close to the Craft Pavilion, which you can cross and go straight to the beach, good refrigerator, utensils in good condition, kitchen cloth, oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, in short, the basics well done. Good beds, bath towels, face towels, bed linen, everything clean. Wi-Fi works perfectly. Attentive host. Excellent value for money, I would definitely come back!

The host is very nice, the stay was excellent, the apartment and condominium are fantastic. There are many bars and restaurants around and it is also very close to the beach. I highly recommend it!
