Tropical style, with a 180 degree view of the sea, this house is placed on a cliff, inside the Costa del Sol State Park. The place allows for great contact with nature, excellent sunsets and an endless pool facing the Atlantic Ocean. Trekking, surfing, diving, stand up, and mountain biking can be practiced on a daily basis. The house is isolated from the city, as if it were a farmhouse, surrounded by the sea and very close to two of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Praia do Farol and Prainhas. Ten minutes by car by a mud road, they separate the house from downtown. This is a special place because it took me six years to get permission to build there. It's the further east to the ocean to Patagonia. It also allows animals and smokers, we have air conditioning, kitchen with all cooking utensils and stove, refrigerator and TV. there is space to store the car. Easy access to the city. Excellent location in the Palmeiras neighborhood, by car it is 5 minutes from the center, 8 minutes from Praia do Forte and 20 minutes from Búzios and Arraial do Cabo. Neighborhood with its own infrastructure, restaurants, 50 meters from the lagoon kiosks, supermarket, bakery, pharmacies and 500 meters from the largest shopping mall in the Lake District.

The pool is spectacular (only on the property - shared by just 2 chalets). Our accommodation is SMART, with an Alexa connection and a TV connected to the main streaming services. Surrounded by preserved forest, you will experience very quiet days, relaxing in the hammock, pool or on the sofa. And the super Maldives breakfast can be served in the BD or by the pool (ordered separately).
