The stay was great, it is very close to the Ferris wheel, restaurants, grocery store and next to the building, and as for access to the beach, it is just across the street. The apartment is large, and with all the furniture you need to feel at home. All rooms with bed linen, sheets, pillows, pillowcases and blankets, and bath and face towels, all complete. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances, wonderful. Air conditioning in all rooms, and a balcony with a sea view, which, here's a tip, deserves a table for breakfast or a special dinner. We loved the accommodation, and we intend to return as soon as possible.

Finding Fran's apt was a true oasis, especially after a bad experience with another Airbnb. From the beginning, she was attentive mto, advancing the check-in by hours and receiving us well. The apt was clean, smelling, organized and well equipped, as well as being beautiful and cozy and, on top of it only 3m from the beach! We spent incredible days, including my fiancée's level, who even received an affectionate msg from Fran. The only problem was having to leave, because the place is so welcoming that it makes you want to live rs.. In the words of my fiancée: “Spending a few days at Fran's apt is like arriving at a friend's house who welcomes you with open arms, guarantees support and still makes you super at ease.” We still had the privilege of an extended checkout, which made the stay even more comfortable. The apartment is very cozy and contains all the necessary utensils and furniture to make a great stay possible! Another positive point is the location of the apartment, as it is close to everything and the view is sensational!! The condominium's organisation is very good! (A nice thing is that it has a great cafeteria and a mini market inside the building, which made it a lot easier for us). The hosts are attentive, helpful and respond immediately! My wife and I love the place and plan to return soon!

Lisandra is an excellent host, polite, helpful, charismatic, a wonderful person! The apartment is fantastic, good quality furniture, organized, functional and very well located! The building is great! Well maintained, heated children's pool, whirlpool, sauna. 10/10 for the staff! They were polite, helpful and very friendly! We loved the stay and we intend to return soon for sure!

Espaço in accordance with the images, I even thought that the photos would have been taken on the 5x but the environment is really large and accommodated well the whole family, all very clean well organized, the only complaint would be of the syndicate Izabel, unfortunately one of the women entered through the social entrance without knowing that she could not and took a loud and disrespectful tone, with threats to file a complaint in the real estate, I found offensive and super unnecessary tone even after the exit through the gate and entering the correct gate the complaints continued! But about the environment is marvellous would come back for sure! Note 10

The place is like in the photos. it has a small suite separate from a full, open kitchen, an edicule actually, with a beautiful barbecue. and it has a beautiful pool. great price-quality ratio.

It was a great stay! The house is impeccable! Very beautiful and equipped and has a sensational view of the beach and surroundings! Large house with excellent living areas and outdoor area, which made the staff very comfortable in the environments. The house has several decorative items and is simply beautiful. Exceptional place! We loved it from the pictures and when we arrived wow! We were even more surprised. It has absolutely everything to have an amazing time as a family. Comfortable beds and bedding, towels, pristine rooms, clean bathrooms, wide kitchen, the terrace is unparalleled. The place is really amazing to spend a few quiet days where you can breathe peace and you can disconnect from everything, but if you want to be connected from time to time the wifi works perfectly. The house is super located between the sea restaurants and supermarkets…

We felt at home, everything was wonderful, we loved every corner, beautiful, cozy, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and also a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, laundry, 24-hour laundry. Valeu every penny, and Dona Detinha is a lovely person, always at your disposal and an immeasurable affection. We will definitely come back another time.

The house was very good, it matches the photos. Everything was very clean and organized. Super comfortable beds. Mauricio promptly answered all our questions and was super calm during the stay. I highly recommend it! Beto Carrero is nearby, 10 minutes by car. The neighborhood is quiet, calm, no noise at all... we love it!

The property has a hill as a backyard. Super organized place. The beach is about 2,000 meters, but for those who come by car it is excellent, as it is close to interpraias and BR 101. A great place for resting and for support. Ariadne is very much requested, as is her husband, always ready to attend. The property has two bedrooms, with some mattresses to accommodate several people. One of the rooms is a suite, with an in-room TV. The living room is a grace. You will be surprised by a huge purple in the middle of the room, which the landlady made a point to build and leave the stone as a decoration. Simply beautiful! In fact, it must be said that the photos on Airbnb do not live up to the place. The surprise will be very pleasant! I recommend it and I will come back for sure!

The apartment is wonderful, has a beautiful balcony with view to the sea, well divided, has utensils for cooking at home, washing machine, as well as the condominium where it is, which has a sensational infrastructure, with swimming pool, convenience, sports court, garage for two cars, 24h concierge. The location is also very good, close to the sea, the Brava Mall mall and other useful places such as market, bars etc. The host Rogério was very attentive, giving us all the information necessary for a good stay, as well as local tips, which helps a lot.
