Beachfront holiday rental in Praia do Estaleirinho

Our stay was wonderful, Fabrício has always been very kind, friendly and above all, attentive and willing for any possible problems/doubts, in addition to having offered great recommendations. The apartment itself is wonderful, new furniture, TV's with streaming varieties, kitchen equipped with several modern utensils, variety in bed and bath linen, easy access to garage and concierge. Excellent location, several places nearby and, of course, a splendid sea view, which is worth noting to be better in person compared to the photos. It was 4 cozy days to the sound of the sea to sleep, I would definitely recommend it and would come back more often.

I booked the house to rest and celebrate my daughter's 1st birthday. As a baby, the house on the sand made it easier to go to the beach and reconcile with her routine. We love the space. Wonderful view and quiet condominium. Pão was super helpful and Rose, who works in the condominium, is a lovely person. I recommend it!

Welma's apartment was everything we hoped for and more. The location was excellent, with plenty of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants just steps away. It was fantastic to have coffee or a drink in the evening in the apartment while looking out at the sea, the beach, and the big wheel! We lacked nothing in the apartment — the amenities were excellent, and everything was perfectly clean. Welma and Lucas were super attentive and always made sure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed. As a foreigner it was also very helpful that Lucas spoke fluent English at check-in. I would 100% recommend the apartment to anyone thinking of visiting Balneário!

Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

The apartment is very cozy and contains all the necessary utensils and furniture to make a great stay possible! Another positive point is the location of the apartment, as it is close to everything and the view is sensational!! The condominium's organisation is very good! (A nice thing is that it has a great cafeteria and a mini market inside the building, which made it a lot easier for us). The hosts are attentive, helpful and respond immediately! My wife and I love the place and plan to return soon!

We rented the apartment to celebrate my birthday and it was a great choice! The place was impeccable, very clean, well decorated and exactly as described in the listing. The location is also excellent, right in the middle of Av. Beira Mar. Communication with the hosts was great: always quick to respond and very flexible with schedules. We spent a simply incredible and unforgettable weekend in this perfect getaway! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos — surrounded by nature, quiet, welcoming and with every detail thought out with great affection. Ideal for resting, unplugging and recharging. The accommodation was impeccable: clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The host was extremely attentive from the first contact, always available to help and give great tips about the region. Without a doubt, one of the nicest places we've ever stayed in. Super indico and we will certainly return other times.

Otimo apartment, with the great location, pleasant, beautiful apartment with very beautiful decoration. No defects. Point to improve: Tv from the couple's bedroom was not working but in everything else perfect. Apartamento had basic items such as: liquid soap in the bathrooms, detergent, toilet paper. Veryooooo cool, I'd be back for sure. Thank you.
