I live in this house, so it is equipped with all the kitchen utensils except the microwave. But it has an electric oven. I have a cooler and a waterproof bag. We are in the center, 1 minute from the pier. Easy access. We also have an electric hot water shower, simple, it's not a super shower, but it's good!
