The house is wonderful. As described! There is cleaning on site. The beach is within walking distance. Very beautiful condominium.

100% recommended! The best view from the balcony, the sunsets, listening to the sound of the sea at night is priceless. The apartment is clean, with the services as described and Guto always responds immediately! I'd definitely come back.

Excellent location. The most central of Praia do Forte. Good rooms, one with a balcony and a side view of the sea. Good internet. Good kitchen. Easy garage to get in and out. From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., another entrance even closer to the beach is available, simply intercom to the entrance.

The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and ample outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

Our stay was wonderful at Elaine's place. The house is super complete, it had everything in the kitchen for the preparation of meals, from pans to dishes. All in excellent condition. In addition, the house has a clean, smelling sofa and the mattresses have a protective cover and were all clean as well as the clean, smelling bedding. The villa is located in a super quiet residential neighborhood where we can walk to 2 very close malls that offer everything for everyday life including mini bakery. Really a lot of practicality. It is a few minutes from the beach of Geribá and Porto da Barra. We love the place, it's really beautiful and the house is 4 km away from it. We enjoy every minute with great satisfaction. The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook). Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very friendly!
