It's one block from the beach. With living room/kitchen (bicama) + 1 bedroom (suite, double bed), it has all the comfort for the guest to save $ and cook on site (stove, refrigerator and household utensils, barbecue and external laundry). Sleeps up to 4 people. It's in the back of my house, it has a dividing gate between the houses. Pets are allowed, as long as they are docile. The car should be parked parallel to the street (quiet neighborhood). Notify about check-in after 9 p.m., as it will be evaluated.

Only the second floor will be rented, with an independent entrance. The house is in the center of Pontal do Sul. On foot, it's about 10 to 15 minutes from the sea by car, it's about five minutes away. The place is quite safe. We were also close to the boarding for Mel Island. Parking lot: The car can be parked next door, with a gate or in front of the house, we never had a problem. Close to markets, health center, restaurants, pizzeria, gym and everything you need. Come and you won't regret it!

Very charming house in a high-end condominium, two blocks from the beach. Atami Sul Association. Covered outdoor area with dining table and sofa. Barbecue. Outdoor shower. Lots of natural light inside. Living room with integrated kitchen, TV and Wi-Fi. 2 bedrooms, the first with air conditioning, a double bed and a single bed, and the second with a fan, a bunk bed and desk. 1 bathroom inside the house and another next to the barbecue.
